The first floor features the living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom, full bathroom, bedroom, and access to the patio, while the second floor is home to a full bathroom and the remaining two bedrooms. Central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, five TVs, two DVDs, an electric fireplace, Keurig, board games, a gas grill, and WiFi round out this home's amazing perks. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. We kindly request that guests have a personal vehicle rather than a commercial one during their stay. Thank you for your understanding!
Please remember to leave the pool cards and fobs behind or a 100$ charge per card
Trash is to be taken out after your stay that is not part of the housekeeping trash days MON for tues pick up and every other week for recycling any trash left behind will be a 75$ charge will be charged to each renter thank you
