Quaint cottage with beautifully landscaped grounds and a private HEATED pool in the backyard; NO ADDITIONAL FEE TO HEAT POOL. When not enjoying the ocean (2 minute walk) you can enjoy the wonderful pool, which is heated from April/May and Sept/Oct. Come visit during Spring and Fall with 2-night minimum rentals. During summer weeks (June-August) this home is a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY weekly rental; 7-day minimum.

Come visit our wonderful home, situated on the "preferred" West end of Emerald Isle. A 2 minute walk from the beach; voted Best Beach in North Carolina by USA Today's 2018 beach survey! This is a great home for a private family visit or gatherings of a mature group of friends. It is NOT a party house as it is located within a very quiet community.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of storage space underneath the home.

We will be available via text or messaging through the app. Otherwise you probably won't meet us.

VERY QUIET residential beach community (please respect our neighbors who very much enjoy the quiet :) Exit the driveway, take a right, and walk 2 minutes south and you're on our beautiful beach! You can also rent a bike and head to town which is a very short ride.

The home is located in the best location possible on Emerald Isle, down the preferred Coast Guard Road section, the first turn after coming onto the beach from the mainland. This location allows for easy arrival and departure when everyone else is fighting the 2 mile long log jam to pick up/drop off keys from local real estate firms in town.

Come enjoy our wonderful beach and private pool! House comes with WiFi connection and smart TV's......50" in Living Room and (2) 32" versions in each of the two Queen bedrooms. Although we provide bath towels, we do not provide beach towels, so would ask that you bring your own to use. We can normally accommodate guests with beach chairs. If you require the use of beach chairs, let us know and we'll leave them out for you.
