Our one-story VRBO (no stairs!) is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located to all that Florida's Adventure Coast has to offer, including Weeki Wachee Springs and Pine Island Beach.

This upscale home includes 2 bedrooms (w/ a large master suite), 2 full bathrooms, garage, lanai with hot tub, a spacious backyard, modern lighting and fixtures, and new furniture.

Each detail in the home was hand selected to fit the home's modern theme with the intention to be the ideal place to kick back after a day exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sun.

The massive living room is the perfect space for families and friends to gather.

Rainy day? No problem! Guests can enjoy the indoors playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on our 65-in TV in the living room. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV with access to Netflix and other major streaming apps.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), tea kettle (with tea), toaster and more.

Each of the bedrooms provide plenty of natural light (or you can use the blackout curtains if that's more your speed), and the beds are fitted with new luxury bedding. A dedicated home office workspace is located in the master suite of the house. A pack-and-play crib is also available in the master suite closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunkbed (queen mattress on the bottom and twin XL on top) for extra sleeping space.

The home is equipped with a new washer and dryer and the garage contains multiple yard games (pickleball, cornhole and others).

Stayed here for a weekend in December while in town for a wedding. Super enjoyable and relaxing private stay, hot tub was clean ready and hot, entire home was very clean and tidy, plenty of towels and toiletries readily available, lovely bathrooms with bidets and stay-hot showers. relaxed and friendly neighborhood, roomy driveway, and perfectly lovely and accommodating host. If I’m ever back in town, I would love to stay here again! 10 out of 10 great stay

Clean and convenient

The house was very clean and well supplied. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. It was pretty close to Weeki Watchee State Park, and we had a great time there. We also had an excellent dinner at the nearby Cracovia Polish Restaurant.

This home was as it was advertised. A very well appointed, nice and welcoming home for our stay. The host went well and above to ensure we had what we needed and that we were taken care of. Loved the location and we would stay again.

Great little spot in spring hill

Easy to find and centrally located with good amenities. EV charger with j1772 in the accessible garage. Key pad for the door was easy. Had smart tvs in all the rooms. We stayed for 4 days and were very comfortable with our dog. Overall great experience!

This place was lovely, looked like mostly new furniture. It was well off the beaten path in a residential neighborhood, but close enough that all the necessities were handy. When we had questions or problems, we reached out to Brianna, who took care of our concerns immediately. If you're looking for a beach, be prepared to drive, as the public beach that was mentioned is currently closed.

The property is awesome quiet neighborhood very clean organize would definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants to get away. We come here three times a year to visit my brothers sisters and kids come out of St. Louis and we have had a beautiful experience used to be RV living, and we used to travel with RV, but the past year we have changed life due to our son passing away from cancer so we are, traveling more just renting properties we own our own business out in St. Louis but we come to Florida a lot. A lot of our kids live here with my grandkids and my mother. Awesome place and owner was very nice. We would definitely recommend them

Family visit

My aunt and I came to Spring Hill to check on her brother in law, my uncle, who in now 91. We stayed at the adventure coast house for three nights. We enjoyed having a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. It was great to get up in the morning to good coffee provided by our host. The living room had a nice big tv and streaming channels. We had trouble finding the WiFi information and the host responded quickly. We didn’t use the hot tub. I slept in the bedroom with the queen bunk bed and the bed was very comfortable. There were many places nearby to get groceries or to go to eat.It was a good location for us.

House met our needs

Really appreciated the Nespresso machine and the coffee pods! I’ve never used one and this was a highlight. This home is in a rough neighborhood and the street is very busy in front. People drive way too fast through this neighborhood. The neighbor across the street plays super loud music from his garage.I don’t know how the neighbors tolerate this. We just dealt with it knowing we were in and out of there.

In Town for a Wedding

Great communication with host. Not as clean as portrayed with both bathrooms needing tub/shower maintenance, the paint on the tile is peeling and mold in the corners around shower as well as hair left in the drain. Hair was on the shower curtain and shower wall when we arrived. We would not even use the tub in one bathroom due to peeling and cleaning. The reusable cloth for paper towels is very dingy. Bring your own roll of paper towels. Other than that no issues. King mattress is very firm but that’s just a personal preference.

We recently spent a wonderful time at this 2 bed/2 bath house in Spring Hill, FL. The property has been thoughtfully updated with a stylish mid-century modern vibe that we absolutely loved. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. The house itself is incredibly comfortable, especially the beds, which provided some of the best sleep we'd had all week. I was particularly fond of the decor in the primary bedroom — it added a unique, serene touch that made our stay that much more relaxing. We also appreciated the large TVs in every room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of our favorite features was the screened-in garage with rocking chairs. We spent our evenings there, enjoying the fresh air and winding down in a relaxed setting. It was a lovely way to end each day. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish place to stay in Spring Hill.

Nice home, quiet neighborhood, close to Weeki Wachee

We enjoyed our stay overall and loved getting to visit Weeki Wachee! It appeared that the house had been recently remodeled and was nicely decorated throughout. The house had everything we needed including extras like toothbrushes if you forgot one, q-tips and cotton rounds in the bathroom. There were several games for outside and inside. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is close to Weeki Wachee and we really enjoyed our day there too. Bill was nice enough to let us stay an hour later on Sunday, so we had time for church, breakfast and an egg hunt on Easter morning. Bill was very responsive to my messages and questions. The listing said there was a sofa bed, which was a futon for 1 person in the bedroom with a king bed. The 1st night we didn't know how to get the bed flat, but Bill explained it to me the next day (hidden legs inside zippered pouches). There was an air mattress that was counted toward the number of people that the house sleeps. Comfortably I would say it sleeps 7 at most without the air mattress. With the air mattress, 9. The hot tub was dirty & not heating up, so we received a partial refund for that. We were told that it was due to a prior guest and it would need to be drained and cleaned completely. I struggle with strong artificial smells, so I had to unplug the febreeze plug ins throughout the house while we were there.
