Beautifully furnished custom home, only 5 years old. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Primary bedroom has ensuite bathroom with double sinks, oversized shower and a large soaking tub. Home build is an open concept layout for the the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Great for families spending time together. Plenty of cozy seating and TVs in every room. Additional features: Outdoor landscape lighting at night, a 2 car garage with additional parking available in driveway, and large fully fenced backyard for privacy. Enjoy easy access to everything on Cortez Blvd. for from this centrally located home. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is within walking distance, Oak Hill Hospital less than a mile away. For security purposes we check ID at the time of check in. ID must match the booking profile. No parties, no smoking on the property - no exceptions.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was so well stocked that we decided to cook there every night. Loved the location and all the hiking areas within a reasonable distance. We would love to stay again if we get back to the area.

Perfect home base for an extended stay while in the area. The house was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. Plenty of room for a family to spread out. We were already staying at another VRBO in the area and moved from that home to Megan’s. She allowed us to place our refrigerator items inside prior to check in time which was great! We didn’t use the backyard but it could probably benefit from some more outdoor seating-not necessarily for the summer as it’s almost too hot to relax outside but for when the weather turns cooler. The home is near Weeki Wachee Mermaids/springs and Pine Island beach is not too far. Lots and Lots of restaurants to choose from along that strip of Cortez Blvd(hwy50) and it appears many more things under construction. We would stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for

We stayed a week over Christmas to visit family. The place is very clean and well-stocked. The driveway is a bit steep, but not an issue for us. Great location close to restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the master bath

The property was clean, very spacious. The master suite was awesome especially the walk in shower. The only complaint was the sitting areas weren’t comfortable for short people. Would stay there again if possible.

This house is exactly as pictured. Spotless and very comfortable. Everything stocked to make the stay just like being at home. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Our stay.

The property was great. Nice and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The arrival gift was very nice. A nice added touch. The kayaks were unexpeced but great. Got use out of them. The host was easy to get a hold of if needed and gave us tips on where to go on our motorcycle. I would highly recommend this property and host. Thank you.

Exceeded expectations

This was my first VRBO rental necessitated by an event that required almost a two week rental and we decided renting a home would be far more pleasant than an extended hotel stay.From the moment we first made an inquiry about the property to Megan who graciously responded almost immediately, to the moment our stay was complete,the experience was not only seamless but enjoyable. The home is located in a great location,in proximity to stores and area attractions but not on a busy road.The house itself was perfectly clean, in perfect condition, and exactly as depicted in the photographs. The immediate impression is of a very well cared for home and not a rental environment.The home is stocked with any appliance or cooking utensil one might require down to even a mortar and pestle We attended an event that required us to be away for most of each day so did not spend much time there.However, we gladly would have enjoyed the comfortable living room and inviting dining area more had circumstances permitted.We stayed during a particularly cold period where temperatures dropped into high 20’s with windchill and the home is well insulated and ambient temperature easily comfortably maintained. There is a washer and dryer perfect for extended stay. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to .In summary, our stay was absolutely seamless and a pleasure. We plan to secure the rental again when next in the area for a recurring event and would recommend without reservation! 5+star .

Staying at this house was such a treat. The inside of the house is extremely spacious, and the interior design is gorgeous. The large kitchen counter was clear (except for a welcome card and delicious local baked goods). This was the first time a host allowed us to park in the garage, which was super helpful because of the hot sun.The beds were comfortable, and the huge master suite was lovely.The only negatives: My husband didn’t think the couch was comfortable, and he didn’t like the fact that there was only a starter kit of household supplies. I was a little bit creeped out by 2 gigantic bugs, but that’s Florida for you. We really liked the house and would definitely recommend it!
