While we do our best to maintain the pool year-round, the temperature can fluctuate in colder months.-We can assure you that there is no issue with insects at the property. Our team regularly conducts treatments to maintain a comfortable, pest-free environment for all guests.-The small drip under the sink was addressed immediately upon hearing about it. Our team is always prompt in resolving maintenance issues, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could take action.We’re truly sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. This is a temporary situation, and the beach is expected to reopen to the public soon. We understand how important location can be and regret any inconvenience caused.We’re also sorry to hear about the confusion with your double-booking. We want to clarify that this was not related to our property, but we do understand how stressful that experience can be.Regarding road proximity, while the house is near a main road for convenience, it is not located on a highway.
