This 3 bedroom 2 bath new home is equipped with all you need to enjoy your time in Cedar City or Brianhead, Utah! This is our family vacation home and we picked it because of its great location and modern layout. Only 30 minutes up the mountain to beautiful Brainhead Ski Resort and 5 minute drive to all the amazing local restaurants, shops and Shakespeare Festival grounds. Several beautiful children's parks 5 minutes away! All year long there is a reason to vacation in Cedar City whether it is the access to ski, snow shoeing, surrounded by national and state parks like Cedar Breaks, Zion, Red Rocks, Bryce Canyon, The Shakespeare Festival and more!
Our home was equipped with you in mind. As someone who uses VRBO all the time we wanted to setup a place with comfort and convenience to all the things to do. All rooms are beautifully decorated with access to extra blankets, pillows, and linens. Starting with a king bed in the primary room, a queen in second bedroom and bunk bed with full on top and bottom plus a twin daybed for larger families or girls weekend. If that’s not enough we have a pull out couch too! TVs in all bedrooms plus 55 inch in living room. The bunk room has easy plug in access for gaming so bring along your kiddos gaming console for them to have some evening fun while you enjoy adult time. Beds are ALL comfortable as this was important to us.
All TVs have Firestick with Amazon Prime and access to all local channels. Login into your preferred apps and watch your shows.
Kitchen equipped with all the essential plus, including spices, tea pot, coffee pot, cold brewer, coffee bar, milk frothing wand...we love coffee, wine/beer glassware, wine decanter, massive cheese display board, toaster, blender, pots, pans, bakeware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of dishes, silverware for larger parties. You have all the essentials plus to choose to cook some meals during your stay and save $$ by not eating out every meal. Multiple grocery store options are close by the home. Turn on Amazon Music and enjoy a night in!

Also have a highchair for those with Littles.

Pack light as you have a washer and dryer at your disposal. Plus use the garage to keep your ski or board gear safe in our little cove for equipment during winter months.
