2. Will I hear guests upstairs?
The upstairs unit is a separate rental. Although the two spaces are fully separate, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds, such as footsteps.


3. How close is the suite to SUU, downtown, and the Shakespeare Festival?
Southern Utah University and the Utah Shakespeare Festival are approximately a 13-minute walk, or 0.7 miles, from the guest suite. Downtown Cedar City is also within easy walking distance.


4. Is parking included?
Yes. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home.


5. Is there air conditioning?
Yes. The suite is cooled with portable air-conditioning units and fans during warmer months.


6. Is the guest suite child-friendly?
Families are welcome. The suite includes two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Please note that it is accessed by stairs and has not been childproofed, so children should be supervised.
