This newly built, beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath home features easy walk-in access (no steps or stairs), WI-FI, smart TV, central heat & A/C, ceiling fans in all rooms, and a fully stocked kitchen, complete with cookware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, crock pot, coffee maker, tea kettle, waffle maker, KitchenAid mixer, and all of the appliances you'll need to prepare meals during your stay.
There is a large sectional couch in the living room for the entire family to gather, watch movies, relax, and play games. The outside patio is furnished with cozy seating to enjoy the beautiful weather, awesome mountain views, and amazing sunsets unique to Utah. Children are welcome, although smaller children shouldn't be unattended as the landscaping is primarily gravel.
This home is located on the quieter side of town where you can still enjoy the roaming horses, family of deer, and cattle in the fields nearby yet have easy Freeway and Main St. access and are only 2 miles from historic downtown.

The Master bedroom provides a King size bed, full en-suite bathroom, a 5-drawer dresser, a ceiling fan, and a large closet.
The second bedroom provides a double bed with a twin trundle bed, a 5-drawer dresser, a ceiling fan, and closet.
The third bedroom provides a twin bunk bed system plus a twin trundle bed, a 5-drawer dresser, a ceiling fan, and a closet.
** if your children are not bunkbed savvy, please feel free to pull out and use the trundle beds instead.

The area will keep you busy with excursions to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Brian Head Resorts. Your adventures in hiking, sightseeing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snowmobiling, ATV/ side by side trails are endless.

There are so many things to do right here in Cedar City if you choose to stay close to home.
* SUU has several concerts and other events on campus that are open to the community all year round.
* The Shakespear Festival and Museum of Art are located across from SUU and provides a beautiful outdoor area with flowerbeds, seating and a sculpture garden ideal for picnics.
* The Cedar City Aquatic Center is just a few minutes away, open year-round, and can provide some water park fun for the kids and adults alike. This is a city community pool that provides indoor and outdoor swim, splash pad, lazy river, hot tubs and more.
There is a manmade lake attached to the Aquatic Centers property that has a beach front area for relaxing, sunbathing, rentals for paddle boarding and kayaking. On the far side of the lake you can drop a line and do a little fishing.

Visiting our main street shopping, restaurants, and farmers markets always makes for a relaxing enjoyable day meeting the local business owners and community members of our special town.
There are many trailheads within a couple of miles from the property for a day of outdoor adventures.
Pamphlets will be provided near the "Welcome Book" for other local adventure suggestions.
