Summer Fever - NEW LISTING in Winter of '24! Located close enough to see the closing ceremony fireworks, yet far enough away to have a large lawn and plenty of space to spread out, Summer Fever is a sure hit for your lodging needs. A large front lawn and a large flat back lawn make for a great place for a game of catch or whiffle ball. A basketball hoop on the paved driveway is another great way to get outside and enjoy the fresh Upstate New York air.

Summer Fever is a great spot for a group looking for an updated home with beautiful decor and tasteful styling. A home gym is located in the "mudroom" area of the house, complete with a commercial cable crossover station with various handles, treadmill, spin bike, an ab/dip station, and assorted fitness accessories like yoga mats and pushup bars. Don't let being away at a baseball tournament be the excuse to stop your fitness routine. The bright and spacious kitchen has been recently renovated with a beautiful tile backsplash and solid surface countertops, new appliances and even a pot filler over the stove. You will feel right at home at Summer Fever, tons of natural light fills the living room and the oversized couch makes for a great spot to cozy up to watch a game.

On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, featuring a roll-in shower for those with mobility issues. Upstairs you will find the other 3 bedrooms, 2 queens bedrooms and 1 with a double bed. One of the Queen bedrooms has a daybed for extra sleeping. There is also a dedicated office on the second floor, so if you have to "work from home", you can!

Great House/ Great Location

Shared our stay here with another family!! Perfect for our needs. The house was immaculate. Awesome front porch and back space. One-minute drive to the All-Star Village. Super convenient to go back and forth between games. Owners super responsive. Will 1000% be booking it in 2028 when we come back with our next boy!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and the property was very well maintained. It was in the perfect location, just a short drive to Cooperstown All Star Village.The host was great, she communicated everything clearly and let us know to reach out if we needed anything. The host reached out before our arrival with all the details we needed for check-in and followed up with clear check-out instructions, making the entire process seamless.The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This house was perfect! We stayed for our trip to ASV and had 2 families! The best part was you are less than 5 minutes to the park! Very clean and owners were very accommodating! Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic place to stay for any occasion. Very beautiful setting and house. It is very close to All Star Park and not far from Cooperstown. We all had such an amazing stay at this 4 bedroom house. We definitely would recommend it to anyone whatever the occasion is.

Best vacation we loved our beautiful home wheee we stayed for baseball games.

If you want a beautiful setting and very comfortable home to stay at this is it. Summer Fever has met all of our expectations and more. Very close to All Star Park and much more. Superb surroundings lots of room to play ball or just relax outside. We definitely would look into staying here again when we return to Oneonta. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Summer Fever House during our week at Cooperstown All Star Village! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed. From the welcome basket to the coloring books, games, and little touches throughout the home, it was clear how much care went into making guests feel welcome. We truly felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. The location was perfect and made getting to and from ASV quick and easy—it was literally just a 5-minute drive to the fields. The comfort of your home and its convenience made our week even more enjoyable. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality. We made memories that will last a lifetime and would highly recommend Summer Fever House to any family visiting Cooperstown. If we return to the Oneonta area, this home will be our first choice.
