Alana Bertch Cottage - NEW RENOVATION - This immaculate home is less than 5 minutes to the All Star Village tournament location. It is nestled in a side hill with inviting outside covered deck and an open spacious deck. Relax on the deck and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. White tail deer may be seen on the edge of the lightly wooded area.

Alana Bertch Cottage is a delightful Cape Cod style home with a welcoming ambiance. Guests enjoy the open floor plan with an easy flow from living area to dining area to kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead from the dining area to the deck for outside dining and relaxing. Counter seating provides ideal setting for gathering while preparing meals together.

This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor and 2 more bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. Assorted board games for family fun.

There is a New York State Fishing access site just down the road. Your roof top boats can be launched there - great for fishing as well as canoeing or kayaking. Public swimming pools are just a few minutes away in Oneonta.

Everything was perfect, shopping, golf within 5 minutes from the house , the whole family had a great time, house was very comfortable, so were the beds! Check out Brooks BBQ! Delicious!!

Great house!

We stayed here during our trip to Cooperstown and had a fantastic experience! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This house is clean, cozy and the location is unbeatable. 4 minute drive to ASV was fantastic. Everything worked well and the house was fully stocked with all the essentials. A+, 5 stars.

Perfect for AllStar Village!!

This is the perfect home (yes a HOME, not just a place to stay) for your Cooperstown AllStar Village visit. The home was perfect for accommodating the siblings (upstairs with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and the living room/tv/game area!) and the 2 masters downstairs both with their own bathrooms met all our needs for the adults. The kitchen is updated and stocked and you are less than 5 minutes from the fields. The proximity of this home really sold me but ultimately it met and exceeded my expectations all around. Don’t wait, book now for your Cooperstown visit, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful and welcoming home!

Alana Bertch home was everything we could have asked for and more. Being 5 minutes away from the All Stars Dream park made our week so enjoyable, not having to drive 30 mins like other baseball families was a huge plus. The home was very clean, in great shape, stocked with everything you will need including a box of items that others left. The ponchos that were left came in handy!! Kimberly was very responsive and was a great communicator. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing Experience

What can I say…. What an amazing experience it was to stay at this home. From the first phone conversation (over 40 minutes) with Kimberly was just an absolute pleasure. She explained everything and was so assuring to know we had picked the right place to stay during our time in Cooperstown. This week was crazy between heat advisory and then a bunch of lightning/rain delays during our sons tournament that it was nice to have a place so close to the fields that we could bunker in while we waited for it to clear. The house is beyond clean and has EVERYTHING, and I mean everything you need! I would not think twice about renting this place for your time in Cooperstown. Thank you Kimberly!!!!

Great comfortable home - 4 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village

The Alana Bertch Cottage was a great place to stay. The house comfortably fit 8 people and with the pull-out couch upstairs - you could fit a few more. The downstairs had plenty of seating and an open floorplan for socializing. The home was clean, nicely decorated and had ample basics (towels, tp, paper towels, laundry soap, etc.)- for a comfortable stay. The two best things about the home were the proximity to the field (and shopping) and the owner's communication. The house is 4 minutes away from the Cooperstown All Star Village - so you can go home between games to cool off, cook your own food and relax. Many homes in the area are down winding country roads and not close to the field - so you don't have time to really enjoy them. This home is on a quiet road with a wooded area behind the home - so you get privacy and proximity. The owner was excellent with communication - she responded quickly to questions and really seemed to want her guests to enjoy their stay.
