Everything about this stay was excellent. From the amazing communication with royal destinations regarding stay/amenity information to the convenience of the property, our stay was absolutely seamless. The home is steps from the beach and even included 2 bikes for easily getting around downtown. The house was immaculately clean and beautiful and modern and had every amenity you could need for a vacation. I would definitely come back here and stay again

Wonderful location, so close to the beach, with views from several windows. Beautifully appointed and spacious. Communication was speedy. When I had issues with the lock box for entry, it was handled swiftly.

quiet and relaxing

Amazing location and build is thoughtfully laid out. My son and I went for a getaway and loved it. Short walk to town, beach, restaurants. Parking is on the street, nothing reserved for carriage house but we were there on off time and didn't have an issue. Will definitely come back.

PERFECT PLACE TO RELAX

NICE LOCATION NEXT TO THE ENTER OF THE BEACH THE KITCHEN WAS WELL -EQUIPPED, NOTHING WAS MISSING BEAUTIFUL PROPETY. I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THA THEY HAVE A COOLER AND EXTRA CHAIRS FOR THE BEACH.

A quaint little carriage house

Chaotic check in / slow response on beach code

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was informed that there was a key box to left of door, but there wasn't. The key box was under the hand rail as you come up stairs. It took several calls to get this resolved. Then when I got in house there was no beach lanyard. It took another day to figure out that there was a back up access for beach under a bunch of stuff in drawers in kitchen cabinets so I was unable to access beach for full day after check in. By the time we figured out how to get access to beach the rain had come in. All in all - disappointing trip. Also, I could never get shades in either bathroom to completely lower, so I was exposed while in bathroom which was also inconvenient and uncomfortable as there were workers right outside the house.
