The Tanning Turtle (House #1, sleeps 12) and The Laughing Seagull (House #2, sleeps 9) sit side by side — fully private for each family group, steps apart for the moments you want to share. House #1 brings a 35-foot saltwater pool with a 6-inch deep tanning ledge and an 8-foot slate pool table lounge. House #2 brings its own heated saltwater pool, covered patio, and a dedicated game room with ping pong and foosball. Each house has its own mini golf course, cornhole, Life Size Connect-4, BBQ grill, kitchen, and beach gear.



Seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, 21 guests — two king ensuite suites per house, a bunk room per house, and two full beds in House #1's third bedroom. The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a short drive to beaches, restaurants and attractions.



Getting Around:

There is plenty of parking for 4 cars in the driveway in each house.



Other Things to Note:

• Ring camera at the front door

• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.

• Please note that a $85 pet fee per pet per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.

• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.
