host was welcoming. House was very nice! Had a few issues with freezer being turned off and had defrosted with water all over the floor. The elevator was not working on move in. There was an issue with the fuse blowing. Once we figured that out we were able to use it on move out. The microwave was broken when we moved in and it was very problematic since we had young children and had prepared and brought microwave meals for them. I feel we just got unlucky with those issues happening all at the same time. Otherwise the house itself was wonderful and more than met the needs for a large family with young children. We requested a baby gate and it was there when we moved in.
