As described in pictures! Gorgeous place. Gym was perfect also, convenient. Big Bad Breakfast on site and very convenient. Easy walk to beach and to downtown Rosemary.

The place was nice and clean, kitchen was equipped for just about anything! It was a pleasant surprise and made our stay feel like home. Pool and hot tub well maintained. Super close to everything. Host was quick to respond and made our check-in and stay as stress free as possible! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Location is amazing

We loved staying at this complex! So convenient the location, everything is just 5 mins away! It was very convenient to have a Breakfast restaurant inside the property, and across the street lots of really nice restaurants, beach is only 5 mins away both walking or another one driving. The communication with the host was amazing and the apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The pool was great for the kids as well!

Beautiful condo, very very clean. Precious welcome basket! Pool is amazing and so easy to get to, with the restaurant right beside it for an easy breakfast place! Comfortable beds, plenty of space for our family. Definitely rent a bike to get to the beach and around Rosemary which is close by!

Elevator did not work. The property needs maintenance. There was a mistake from the reservation company regarding our stay dates. We had reservation from October 22 to October 25. However, we received a message october 23 that we had to do check out october 24. It caused stress to our vacation.

Great condo - has everything!

We loved staying at this condo at The Pointe. The location is walkable to everything and SO close to the beach. My family spent so much time in the pool/hot tub and going across the street to the beach (and shopping). The unit was clean and had just about everything we needed. The WiFi wasn't strong but it worked.

Great place!

The unit was larger than we expected with high end finishes. Tried to use screen mirroring with our phone and the tv, but couldn’t get it to work. Otherwise, a great stay. It was a great location and we appreciated the snacks!

Trip made easy

This condo made our trip super easy. Location was amazing in regard to beach, pool, and food. They worked with the baby rental company so that items could be dropped off and picked up. All these condos just had some wooden beams installed on the decks and it just doesn’t look quite finished or cleaned up yet. But it is a lot safer than the original! The baseboard on one of the sliding doors was coming up off the floor and that was a bit of a safety concern for our active 10 month old, but honestly - we thought this property was perfect for our needs on this trip. Thank you!!

Easy and inclusive!

Warren Beach Rentals blew me away. They worked with us on moving our dates around due to the hurricane coming in. Communication was incredible. We even got locked out and they were able to help us reset the door code within 2 minutes. The unit was exactly as pictured. Tons of amenities. Enjoyed the gift baskets with coffee pods, popcorn, bath bombs, toiletries, epsom salts... Etc. Everything was provided from paper towels to trash bags to toilet paper. Little tubes of shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. Fully stocked kitchen appliances and cookware/dishes and even things like coffee creamer and olive oil! There was even a boogie board and beach chairs available to use if needed. 2 bikes included with rental which was so convenient. We used Vacayzen to rent beach umbrella and chair setup and it was very easy. Vacayzen was also great with communicating and coming by to put air in the tires of the bikes! Overall we were very happy and would definitely come back.

Convenient Location to Beach and nice updated renovations

Reviews always help me to decide if my family should stay at a property so I wanted to provide some hopefully good information. The property is a great location that allows you close proximity to Rosemary Beach and beach access to Inlet beach (about a 8 min walk). It is not considered a Rosemary Beach property but this didn't seem to bother us. It was so close to walk to Rosemary shops and restaurants. You need to rent your own beach chairs or bring your own (I rented through Vacayzan). The bikes needed to be rented also if you want these. They did not provide beach towels. The pullout bed for the couch did not have sheets and blanket but we notified the company and they brought them. It does include a stackable washer and dryer which was unclear in the description of the property which was was nice! It says it sleeps 8 people which really sleeps 6. 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 sofa bed. The condo was clean and had nice touches like bath bombs and scrub sponges. They had a welcome package for us as well. The pool was nice. It was still under construction in some areas (looked like they were reinforcing the balconies with more secure railings). They have the Big Bad Breakfast place attached to the hotel but it is open only until 2:30. It would be nice if they had the bar open all days for snacks and drinks. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
