This stand-alone studio includes everything you need for a comfortable stay just a short walk to the Gulf.

Perfect stay for our couples weekend!

Loved our stay at the Playa Maya Carriage House! Perfect location to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Rosemary and Inlet. Very clean property! Loved the included amenities of bikes, chairs, and umbrella. Although cozy, the house was perfect for my husband and I. Very quiet, great communication from the host and overall wonderful visit! My husband and I have been coming to 30A for 12 years. This is the first time we have come without our kids. The Carriage House was perfect. It had space to relax and the location couldn’t have been better. We had a relaxing and restorative vacation. Highly recommend.

Overall Amazing!

We had the best time! The location of this place was awesome, not far to the most gorgeous beach ever and not far to the all the restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. The listing was truly incredible, super comfortable and overall great for 2 us for a couple of days. Will definitely be coming back and staying here!

Highly Recommend

My husband and I booked the carriage house for our anniversary trip. My employee recommended Inlet/Rosemary beach and I'm glad she did. The beach, shopping center, restaurants are within walking distance. The carriage house is small and intimate. It was the perfecr space for my husband and me. The communication was fantastic. The house was clean. We even received a complimentary bottle of champagne for our anniversary. If you are traveling to Inlet/Rosemary Beach, I do recommend staying here.

Plenty of things in kitchen. Sure does need a way to make ice. I did appreciate the styrofoam cooler. The reading lamp light bulb was blown. Some stickers on light switches would be helpful.

Perfect location!

Home is exactly as described and in the perfect location! Just a short walk to the public beach and right next to Rosemary. The location really was amazing for the price. Communication with Dolly was exceptional. She always got back to me very quickly, was super informative and helpful. It was my husband and I and our 9 month old baby, so it was just enough space for us. We put his crib in the living room and brought a slumberpod for blackout conditions. It gets very bright inside the space, so if you need darkness to sleep, bring some eyewear. The kitchen was functional and plenty of space in the fridge to hold our things. We loved having the two bikes with a basket to bike into town. Very happy overall!

Zu Gast bei Stay at 30A Vacation Rentals

We are originally from New Jersey (exit 145). Every summer we would get together with extended family for our vacations down the shore (exit 63). It was a tradition we really cherished. Getting the whole family under one roof and enjoying each other and of course, the beach was what our vacations were all about.

When we relocated to the Atlanta area we began searching for a community that had the same safe family feeling and beautiful beaches. After our first visit to the communities of 30a we knew we found it. Now, we are beginning a new tradition in our new home which we have named Beach Heaven as a tribute to our wonderful memories from summers past.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We searched all over 30A looking for the right house and the right community. We wanted a place where our children would be safe and be able to enjoy a little independence. We also wanted a community where we could walk or bike everywhere. So after taking a family bike ride through Inlet Beach we knew we were in the right place. Being across the street from the Rosemary Breach tennis courts was the icing on the cake!
