Walking directly out of the kitchen you will see the dining room table that is surrounded by four black high back leather chairs that will sit everyone spaciously. There is another spacious room with huge sliding glass doors that let all the warm East facing morning light in. This room features a comfortable couch along with a coffee table, two leather nubuck chairs and matching ottomans. A stereo with bluetooth, a desk for any work that may need to be completed. As we move through this beautiful house you will notice all the flooring is a high end medium gray LPV helping contribute to that modern yet comfortable feeling. As you pass to the left of the dining room you will enter the hall that will lead you to the bathroom featuring a stunning custom built vanity and an oversized tub displaying a clean and contemporary tile pattern in the shower. A little further down the hall you will come to the first bedroom on your left. This room features a cream colored fabric covered queen size bed. This bed is layered in egyptian cotton sheets 5 pillows and a fluffy down comforter, two bedside tables as well as lamps. Adjacent from the first bedroom is where you'll find the laundry room. At the end of the hall you will find the largest room. It too features a gray linen colored fabric covered queen size bed along with eygptian cotton sheets, 5 pillows and a down comforter. two bedside tables, lamps, oversized closet, and a 55" TV hung on the wall.
