Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming space featuring granite countertops, tile and hardwood flooring, and updated cabinetry throughout. The layout is ideal for both relaxing and everyday living, whether you`re gathering after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet night in. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, and a back door opens directly to the fully fenced backyard, making it easy to enjoy indoor-outdoor living.

The backyard provides a private, enclosed space where small pets are welcome to enjoy fresh air safely. It’s also a great spot to relax after a busy day or enjoy a quiet morning coffee. The well-kept landscaping adds to the home’s peaceful and welcoming feel.

Parking is easy and convenient, with off-street parking for up to four vehicles. The driveway accommodates two cars, and there is ample free street parking directly in front of the home.

We value our neighbors and ask guests to do the same by observing quiet hours after 10 PM and being mindful when parking so neighboring driveways and mailboxes remain accessible.
