The space

This beautiful townhouse is a FULLY FURNISHED 3 bed/2 bath townhouse. Perfect for a vacation home. Located at West Lucaya resort style community, open concept living area downstairs Gated Community. Being located only seven minutes from the Disney World Parks, next to Restaurants, Pharmacies, Shopping, grocery stores, and more. Nearby access to I-4 Community has a beautiful Club House with a pool, fitness center, bar, playground, and more! The property is located next to the Club House.
This incredible resort-style property can host up to six guests comfortably with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guests have the option of exploring the spacious clubhouse or gym and fitness area.
The first floor has a bright living room with a flat-screen, and high-definition TV, and the adjoining master suite comes with a king-sized bed and private bathroom complete. The multifunctional space is perfect for socializing with your friends and family as well as creating gourmet meals in the fully furnished kitchen. It’s decorated with granite countertops and contains stainless steel appliances like a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Included are a set of pots, dishes, assorted cutlery and glasses. There is a television in every bedroom and your guests will have access to the high-speed WI-FI internet as well.
The second-floor bedroom has another king-sized bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds and a Mickey Mouse theme for our younger guests.
It also has a laundry area with a full washing machine and dryer. Entry into the property is granted with your code sent electronically via email and there are outdoor cameras and electronic locks on your door for complete peace of mind whether you are having fun, or relaxing.

Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
Each bathroom will be provided with some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, a garbage bag, dish detergent, and a roll of paper towels. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

All properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check-in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left on our properties and will be discarded after your stay.
