Welcome to, 'Cork the Wine'- a stylish, one-bedroom unit, ideally located on the third floor of the Dreamland Heights building in Seaside's own, Central Square! This condo offers stunning, panoramic gulf and town views from a private balcony and a modern, yet coastal interior that promises the ultimate reset.
Upon arrival, guests can make their way to the Dreamland Heights building and into an elevator to access the entry door. Pre-entry, a pleasant, spacious common deck area with seating, as well as town and gulf views, lies outside your entry door! Step into the unit to locate a ship’s ladder and spiral staircase, which carries guests upstairs into a second story, featuring an open living area with tall ceilings, large windows, slipcover seating, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and access to a private balcony that overlooks the town and the gulf! This level also features a dining table that seats two, located just off the fully equipped kitchen. There is additional bar seating for three at the kitchen breakfast bar.
On the first floor off the entrance, this beach unit provides a king primary bedroom, which also has large windows that overlook Central Square and the stunning waters below. There is an adjacent shared hall full bath just off the king primary with a single vanity and a Tub & Shower combo. Beach access for this cottage is via the town center access point at Coleman Pavilion. This unit does not have an assigned parking spot; parking is first-come-first-served in the designated shared spaces behind the 121 Central Square building and along
Quincy Circle. Allow 'Cork the Wine' to host your next trip to the beautiful Seaside, FL.
