Ein großes 1 Schlafzimmer Gästehaus zu ("Beachside Kiss") "Moonlight Hug" ist ein zweistöckiges Ferienhaus und eine perfekte Ferienwohnung am Meer für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder einen kleinen Familienurlaub.

Das Moonlight Hug ist eines der größeren Gästehäuser an der Scenic 30A und bietet hohe Decken, offene Wohn- und Essbereiche sowie eine übergroße Mastersuite mit eigenem Bad und Balkon. Und um es noch besser zu machen - das Cottage kann mit Hilfe eines ausziehbaren Sofas 4 Personen beherbergen!

Auf der Hauptebene finden Sie Ihren Wohn- und Essbereich mit großem Flachbildfernseher, einer Gourmetküche mit Granitoberflächen, Bar-Sitzgelegenheiten für 2 Personen und zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten für 2 Personen an einem Café-Tisch. Sowohl auf der Vorder- als auch auf der Rückseite des Hauses gibt es eine Veranda, auf der die Gäste das Meer so genießen können, wie es eigentlich sein sollte - draußen!

Die Queen-Master-Suite befindet sich im Obergeschoss und verfügt über einen TV, einen eigenen abgeschirmten Balkon mit Adirondack-Stühlen und eine eigene Dusch- / Badkombination mit gefliestem Waschbecken.

A great getaway, but needs some polishing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in Moonlight Hug. We chose to stay here again because of its ample space, great location, and convenient parking! We noticed that the room upgraded to a king bed with a new couch/chair downstairs. Those were great additions! The only downside was the overall cleanliness of the home. There was a lot of hair/dust bunnies piled up in corners that could easily be addressed with a vacuum, but made me feel a little uneasy about how much cleaning had been done prior to our arrival. I’m sure it is difficult being a pet friendly home, but when you have a toddler crawling all over the floor, it’s hard to not notice. Overall, it’s a great stay, but would highly suggest a good clean and perhaps updating the upstairs furniture.

My 1st Vaction by Myself

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was so excited. It is the cutest little cottage with a feminine feel. Great that I had parking right out front. I felt very safe there. It was close to the shopping area. It was clean. It was perfect for me and my dog except the bummer was another home next door was doing major outdoor construction and it was very loud. I reached out to Amanda at Homeowners to let her know I wasn't happy. She was very responsive and found me a new house to stay in with no construction noise. She gave me 3 to choose from and followed up with me to make sure I was happy. She went above and beyond. I loved Moonlight Hug and wouldn't have asked to be moved if it wasn't for the construction. I'm picky and would stay in the house again. The house size was perfect for me and would easily accommodate another person but would be cramped with any more than 2 people. If I had to come up with things that could be improved upon it would be to have a couple of rugs at the door in the house and a broom or vacuum so you could clean up the sand or pebbles that were carried into the house. The bathroom could use an update but was fine for the week I was there. The sofa is ready to be replaced.

Reviewer Comments: The location was very good. Seaside is a beautiful town. The trash cans were turned over when we got there. I called on Monday the management company and let them know. Thursday the trash cans were emptied but trash was left on the ground. I called the management company again and they sent someone over to pick it up. They only picked up the bigger items. The slip cover on the sofa was stained and dirty when we arrived. I made arrangements with the management company to have it changed. I asked to be there when they came since we had a pet with us. They agreed. We came back from the beach and found a card saying they had been there. The cover was changed ( it looked good) but I was not happy someone came in without us being there. The dresser drawers in the bedroom were broken so clothes had to stay in the suitcases. The spigot in the shower is not working correctly. When you adjust the hot water, it goes cold if you turn it too far. The paint in the bathroom needs some attention.

There weren’t any sauce pans or large skillets, so we were unable to cook meals (as we had hoped to do). 2. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Moonlight Hug is in a great location. However, it is dated and needs some attention to get it back to good shape. We liked staying there because of the location and great parking. Our big complaints come from the television being out one day of our three day stay and the internet pretty much not working at all. These days a good internet connection is a must. The property manager tried to fix the problem but was unable to do so. We would not choose to stay there again as there are many other one bedroom options in Seaside in much better condition.
