• Watercolor Compliance: The community enforces parking and noise with 24/7 security. All guests must register with Hose and Watercolor and abide by community rules.
• Golf Carts and LSV: Our building does not have an accessible charging location. All golf carts must be rented through the community's authorized vendor, quantities are limited.
• Parking: 2 reserved spots. Strictly enforced parking ordinances. Please read the parking guidelines provided.
• 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.
• No parties or events. No smoking. No Pets.
• Accessibility: Elevator and stair access.
• Safety & Cleaning: Noise sensors (no recording) and an outside camera near the front door. PMI Purify advanced cleaning protocols.

Guest Screening: For the protection of you and others. Guest is required to give host permission to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases prior to final confirmation of the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the host.
-All bookings include $1,500 of Accidental Damage Protection. Guest agrees to pay for all damage and missing items not otherwise paid for by Accidental Damage Coverage, security deposit, or other form of payment.
-Cancellation. Your booking source payment and cancellation terms prevail. See your guest portal or contact the host to confirm. We are unable to issue refunds once a reservation is non-refundable.

ID's will be checked upon booking and verified onsite at check-in and throughout the stay. Violation by guests will result in fines and penalties to the primary guest representative.
-A County Tourist Development Tax is collected by the host if not collected by booking agent, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.
-Upon booking deposit or payment, all Guests agree to PMI Destin Vacation Rental terms and conditions.

Confirmation of reservation is subject to (i) host background screening, (ii) guest digital signing of rental agreement, (iii) guest completion of online check in and government photo ID upload for age verification, (iv) adherence to all local and WaterColor regulations. Any violation will result in eviction with no refunds.

Lovely condo!

We rented this condo for the 30a Songwriters' Festival and it was perfect! It was so nice to be close to several venues and right above Wine World which we love. It looked like it had just been renovated. Very nice!

Cleanest condo we have ever stayed in!

My wife is huge on cleanliness and she says this is the cleanest condo she has ever stayed in. We have stayed in many condos in the watercolor area and this one was one of her favorites. Easy access to the beach club and the beach and a great view out over the park area. Great place to stay we will be back.

Beautiful, clean, and accessible!

The condo was just perfect! Very clean, organized and so accessible to all the super amenities. The beach club bracelets, parking passes, bikes, etc. were available and easy to access. The condo furniture was comfortable like home and we loved swinging on the balcony. Thanks so much for a fun stay!

Perfect Spot

Our small family of 4 rented this condo over a long weekend. The communication with the owner/manager was informative and prompt. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The central location made it super easy. We had no issues with noise as everything seemed to shut down around 8-9 below the house. We would definitely book again.

Great getaway

This property has the perfect location right across the street from pools at Watercolor and beach access, plus easy access into Seaside and other pools at Watercolor. The balcony was a perfect place to start each morning and the entire property was extremely clean. We had a few questions prior to check in and the management team was great about getting back to us. They also reached out proactively during our stay to ensure everything was going well.
