Inside on the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, separate wet bar with ice maker & beverage cooler, dining area, and the spacious living area with views of the sugar white sands and PCB's famous emerald green waters. The living room sofa also pulls out into a Queen bed. Step onto your townhome's large private deck complete with BBQ grill and dine while watching the sunset. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower located on the lower level. For your convenience there is also a washing machine and dryer located downstairs.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, both with King beds and a twin pull out sofa. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television and ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also offers access to a private second floor balcony overlooking the beach. TVs are setup for streaming services, cable is not included. This unit comfortably sleeps 10.

This 3bed/3bath 2 story Beachfront townhome is located at 7821 Surf Drive on the highly sought after East End of Panama City Beach. - Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- There are 2 deep parking spots in front of the townhome. Depending on vehicle length, you could park an additional car behind them.
