Gehen Sie in die erste Ebene mit Loft-Schlafzimmer mit Fensterläden für Privatsphäre und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Runter zu Ihrem mittleren Ebene in das Wohnzimmer mit Queen-Sofa-Bett, 50-Zoll-Samsung Smart TV und Kabel, DVD-Player, Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und Essbereich für 10. House is dated but very clean and comfortable. The two leather couches in the main living room are starting to tear.The view is simply awsome and steps away from beach is absolutely wonderful. Awesome spot right on the beach

Very clean property that had most necessities and those items you needed to bring were provided on a list from the property management. Only downside was where one bed was there was no door. Other than that it was great!

Family gathering

This was a wonderful condo literally on the beach, with gorgeous ocean views from all 3 levels. We will definitely be back and rent it again. Easy stairs from lower level to beach for peaceful walks. Great communication from Tyra at host Kendall and Potter. The TV in one of our units did not work, and we could not fix it, but we were credited back for the inconvenience. THANK YOU!

Peaceful oasis

Beautiful location. We were able to see whales and dolphins. Bring binoculars so you don’t miss out seeing the marine life. The house is perfectly located close to both Santa Cruz beach boardwalk and Capitola. The house is fully stocked and the ocean view can be seen from the living area as well as the bedrooms. The ocean view is breathtaking and the sound of the ocean waves is a sweet lullaby. Kitchen is fully stocked and the fireplace is wonderful when temperatures get a little chilly. Bring some firewood because there is fire circles on the beach which makes making s’mores so much more fun. My family and I had a wonderful time. We will for sure be back.

Overall wonderful experience

Our friend families(11 adults) planned for a weekend and spent 2 whole day in this beach house. All of us enjoyed the house and deck beach view. Enjoyed to the core!!!... With few things to share with others, 1) Property details mentioned 11 adults to accommodate, but we saw only 10 beds. Somehow we managed since its just 2 days. 2) House has 2 bunker beds without ladder, so it was difficult to access the top bed. Other than above 2 minor things, its really worth for money & spending time with friends/families. Enjoy your stay!!!!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and as discussed at check out you missed the second couch bed in the main living room for the 11/12 guests. Yes there are no ladders for the bunks as there is no room for them but the top bunk is easily accessable from stepping on the ends of the bunks as there are holes/pockets. dream come true

It was absolutely wonderfulI Light airy colors to complement its ocean front setting. Being able to walk down the back patio right to the sand was heavenly. Getting to watch my loved ones enjoy the ocean every day, some for their first time,..was pure joy:) The property managers also extremely helpful to me. It was my first time ever doing a vacation property rental and I was extremely nervous,...they kindly and patiently helped me address every concern prior to my arrival. Once I was there it was obvious I had no reason to be concerned, it was all they said and more. Best vacation I have enjoyed in a very long time. Thank you Kendall and Potter,...Kristine, Amber, Courtney...much gratitude for you all! Thank you for having such a beautiful place for people to retreat to and enjoy.

Perfect place to celebrate "Life" and reflect on the blessings of family.....

In December of 2013 we had spent a lovely family vacation celebrating our parents 46th anniversary at La Selva Beach. We couldn't stop talking about how fun it was. Then 2 months later my parents were in a horrible car accident, my Mother died & Dad lived after a 5 week stay in hospital. We've had a rough year grieving and new roles in care giving to my father with a traumatic brain injury. When the year anniversary of my mothers passing was insight, we wanted to celebrate her life & my Dad's survival at the last place we all were together. We decided to choose a different rental property from our 2013 trip. We returned to La Selva beach & was blessed with this property! We needed some special accommodations for my Dad & this place had 98% of them!! The property was clean(no musty odors), spacious & a great floor plan for families or groups! The four full bathrooms was a luxury that accommodated everyone's needs! Even though were at the beach with gorgeous multi coloured sunsets, having two great Smart TVs was a great for night time down time! We used both decks & appreciated the safe and sturdy steps to the beach(approximately 30) for elderly father & 4 year old!! Beds were surprisingly comfy with fresh smelling linens & plenty of fresh towels. We also loved having the beverage fridge! There was sand toys, boogie boards, a fishing pole and chairs....only a few things that would improve this 5 star property! We had some warm weather & it was very, very hot with only one ceiling fan and a/c didn't keep up until natures A/C kicked in the P.M. Some little fans would be helpful! The bunk beds didn't have a ladder that we could find. If you ARENT an early riser or require an afternoon nap...the master bedroom brings in the beautiful sunlight bright, early & thru-out the day! Acceptance of Pets, my dad missed his little comfort companion! We all left our trip wishing we could have stayed longer! The partial week was picked for us because of a traumatic family loss, yet we were blessed with a beautiful property, beach and weather! It was such a great place to grieve, heal & then CELEBRATE life and family. There really isnt a better place to do so. We had had so much planned for our days, but enjoyed ourselves so much we never left the house & beach! We now have something POSITIVE to look forward to each year as we mark another year without one parent, but appreciate the survival of another. Thank you for a lovely time in a place that felt like home!

So sorry to hear about your mother, but we are very happy your dad pulled through! We are glad you enjoyed your stay! The sunsets are amazing there! Such a great view from both decks.The smart TVs are great, it's nice that there are two of them; one for the adults and one for the children! We'll suggest getting some fans. None of our properties in Santa Cruz have A/C; since it is not necessary. Usually there is nice, cool sea breeze if you just open the sliding doors. However, it was especially beautiful and hot that weekend without a breeze to speak of! A ladder for the bunk beds is a great idea, we'll see about getting one. Unfortunately it is an Homeowner's Association rule that does not permit pets at our vacation rentals, so we cannot change that...

Great family getaway

Beachfront property. Very relaxing stay with family. It was wonderful to hear the ocean waves as we drifted to sleep and woke up. Thanks for stocking the home well.

Lovely Home - great location

The location was perfect and the home came with plenty of furnishings and space for everyone to spread out. It was a great home for our family and extended family to stay all together!

This was a great house!

Our family of 12 enjoy this house, views were wonderful, and close to stores and restraunt but you do need to drive. The many stairs would not be good if you were unable to walk good.

Great family vacation spot

Lots of pluses here. Lots of room to spread out, kitchen is well stocked, everything is in good condition and clean. Lots of stairs. Beds are a bit firm. Only concern was strong detergent smell coming from downstairs linen closet.
