Our family-owned Beach Getaway is located just South of Capitola, Ca. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome welcomes you to your home away from home with an added extraordinary beachfront view and direct beach access to the sandy beach, only steps from our door! Our family home was designed with the intention to make you feel all of the beach vibes so that you don't even want to leave the deck! From the deck you get a panoramic view of the sea life; watching, sea otters, birds, seals, dolphins, and even whales play in the water!

Whether you want to bunker down and sit by the beach or explore the coast of California, we are close to it all. There is so much to do and see at this beach house getaway. Surf, family time at the aquarium, roller coasters, long walks on the beach, mountain hikes, golf, bike rides, bonfires, or burgers and a view; you are guaranteed fun in the sand all year round. Our location is approximately 20 minutes away from the Santa Cruz boardwalk, 40 minutes from Carmel and Monterey Bay, or a close 15 minutes from Capitola.

Kitchen and laundry starter includes 1st morning of Kerig coffee pods, roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher and 2 washing machine pods, 2 trash & recycle bags. The Amenities starter kit is to start your stay off with some staples. Guest are responsible for providing them for the duration of their stay.

For your protection, as well as our own, we have a security camera located at each entrance door (top and bottom floor) as do most homes in our complex. The security cameras are located above and to the right of each door. Any and all footage captured on the entrance cameras will be deleted upon guest departure.
In addition, we have one camera on each balcony. These cameras are located up and to the left of the roof, when facing the sliding glass doors. The balcony cameras are automatically turned off at check-in and turned back on at check-out.
All cameras may not be covered, moved, or tampered with in any way.
Please be reassured that there are no cameras inside of the home and your privacy is respected.

Accessibility:
No wheelchair access. Stairs will present a problem for persons with mobility challenges.
Parking:

2 Driveway spaces + limited street parking. These driveway spots are only suitable for vehicles whose gross vehicle weight is less than 7,500 lbs (equivalent to a Chevy Suburban, Ford F150, or smaller). No RV, trailer, or 5th wheeler parking in the driveway or on street (due to HOA restrictions). Only 2 cars are recommended for Holiday weekends

MAXIMUM OF 8 OVERNIGHT GUESTS. SOCIAL GATHERINGS ARE LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE MAXIMUM AND ONLY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM-10PM. NO WEDDINGS OR PARTY EVENTS.
Violations of the above rules will result in automatic forfeiture of the security deposit

Awesome beach getaway
We were in town visiting our son in the coast guard for Thanksgiving. We wanted a place on the beach away from the city. This property was perfect. Adults and our 8 and 7 year old all had things to do. We enjoyed boogie boarding on the beach during the day. At night a few nights we had a fire on the beach. At the owners recommendation we went to Shadowbrook restaurant which was fantastic. We also visited mystery spot which was fun for all of us. We were close enough to get groceries and food delivered when we didn’t want to leave. We had a blast . Thank you

Book this condo now! Amazing location and views from every room!
Where do we even begin?! This condo was more than we could have ever imagined. The location is absolutely amazing with just steps away from a beautiful beach! Every bedroom has an amazing view! Kitchen was beyond stocked with everything you would need to cook amazing meals, beds were comfortable, storage room with EVERYTHING you need for a fun beach day (boogie boards, wet suits, beach chairs, umbrellas, firepit, etc). We will definitely be staying here again. Mike was very attentive and made sure we were having a great time! We were so sad to leave!

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation Home!
This property has it all! Luxury furnishings, gourmet kitchen, perfect location. Just a few steps to almost a private beach. So many games and beach equipment. Something for everyone. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would love to stay there again!

Very nice, well stocked beach getaway
This was a beautiful place to stay, right on the water and close to lots of places to go. The beach wasn’t very crowded, but there were still plenty of people watching opportunities with surfers and dog walkers (the dogs were a lot of fun to watch from the balcony). The condo is very nice - loved the heated floors in the bathrooms and the nice showers. All beds were comfy - even the Murphy bed downstairs. There are very detailed instructions for all the appliances, very nice to not have to figure out tv remotes. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - dishes, cookware, spices. We loved the Breville waffle maker so much - I’m tempted to buy one! We’ll definitely be back if we need to stay in the area again.
