We spent the weekend at this beautiful home to celebrate an early Thanksgiving with our large family. The house was perfect for us, with lots of room for everyone. The large living room was the perfect place for everyone to gather, enjoy the fire, and the spectacular views. The outdoor space was unbelievable, with the hot tub and the fire pit in the dunes. Parajo Dunes is a spectacularly beautiful place. We were somewhat disappointed in the house. Good location though many disappointments: no working coffee pot/espresso maker, broken sun shade, no normal blankets (only comforters for winter weather so we were very unfortable all night), and no concierge book so we had little idea how to work things or who to call for help. I could go on. We will go back to the area but will not stay there again.

We realized after looking at this review that we have a history with this guest at another property. Please see other reviews. Not only do we have a cappuccino and espresso maker that works we have a drip coffee maker that serves over 20 cups and an extra large French press. We have down comforters (very high quality) on all beds the only accurate statement is yes one of the sun shades in the great room (not a bedroom) was broken by the prior guest

Great stay on the beach!

Very comfortable home right on the beach in Pajaro Dunes. Comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. The large living room with a huge fireplace and a view of the beach was the best part. Communication with the host was great. We will be back!

The perfect spot for a few families to spend the weekend- this place has all the necessary amenities and more! The location is spectacular and it is clear that the owners have been very intentional in the set up and the extras they have included. The owner was also very responsive to massaging. This was the most incredible property ever. The views were unbelievable and the amenities were endless. The location could not be more idyllic. GREAT spot!

We joined with family for 3 nights at this location and it was EXCELLENT! The firepit was the ultimate highlight as well as the sunken living room with a view of the ocean. all the bedrooms made for a comfortable stay for our group of 8 adults & 2 kids. only critique we had was that the kitchen is pretty small for a large group, but we cooked all of our meals for the entire weekend.
