Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über zwei Zimmer mit Meerblick, in denen Sie die Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geräusche und Gerüche des Strandes genießen können. Von beiden Zimmern aus haben Sie Zugang zu einem Gemeinschaftsbad, das mit einer Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne sowie einer gestapelten Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet ist.
Wenn man die Treppe hinuntergeht, trifft das Meer den Blick aus den Fenstern des Wohnzimmers. Alle Mahlzeiten können Sie am großen Esstisch genießen, der sich vor einem der großen Panoramafenster mit Blick auf den Strand befindet. Achten Sie auf Otter oder Delfine, die regelmäßig den Strand Place De Mer besuchen!

In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie eine Mikrowelle, einen Heißluftofen, einen Herd mit Backofen und einen Geschirrspüler. Ein Gasofen Kamin, CD / Kassettenrecorder und Bad befinden sich ebenfalls auf dieser Ebene.

Gehen Sie auf das Deck und genießen Sie die warme Meeresbrise oder nutzen Sie den Gasgrill, um Ihr Abendessen zu genießen, während Sie beobachten, wie die Sonne über dem Wasser schmilzt und die Wellen Sie zur Entspannung wiegen.

Great view

My family and I enjoyed our stay by the beach. It was great barbequing on the balcony and watching the sunset. The view was spectacular, and we would come back again.

We really enjoyed the place and the stay

absolutely right on the beach, uncrowded and peaceful. Occasional surfers and beach strollers and that's about it. The unit was perfect for us, both bedrooms front on the ocean, which is rare. Kitchen nicely equipped, overall very nice location and unit, I highly recommend.

Fun at the beach

We had a great time, enjoy the resort will return again next year. The pictures posted on the internet are a little misleading, you have to go down some stairs to get to the beach. I would recommend this location the clam hut to anyone

Fall Break Vacation

We took daughter and grandkids to the beach for their fall break from school in the Denver, CO area. We have stayed there before. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for 4 nights. Had a great time at the beach but wish we had direct access rather than using the community stairs.

Short getaway

We stayed there for a couple of days. Great views of the ocean. Clean and well appointed rooms. Oven didn't work though. Also not enough amenities.

Great place; smaller than the pictures let on…

Great location, although the photos make it seems like it’s closer to the beach (there’s quite a trek down a long flight of stairs to reach the beach). The place could have used a little more cleaning before we arrived, but it wasn’t terrible. The kitchen could use an update. Definitely a place to make memories in.

Beautiful beachfront place in quiet La Selva Beach.

Location is amazing for relaxing getaway in Monterey Bay. 15 min into Capitola or Watsonville. Windows look out on to the beach, and sunsets in the evening are jaw dropping. Check-in and -out process requires a trip into Capitola, which is fine but could really just be solved with a lockbox on the door of the place.

Clam review

We had a wonderful vacation here. Place was clean and maintained. Carpet should be replaced . People should be aware that there is no beach access from condo itself. There is a staircase and gate on each side. Ocean views were fantastic. Would definitely recommend this place.

The listing is accurate for the townhouse. Great beach, with lots of sand dollars. Neighbors are a little inquisitive but overall friendly. My only concern, was with the large number of off leash dogs.

The view is amazing. We had a variety of weather and viewing whales everyday from the condo and beach. What a gift. The interior of the condo needs a great deal of improvement. We had the privilege of knowing the gentleman who owned the condo many, many years ago when we rented the condo next to his for over thirty years.
