It was a great place right in the middle of everything! We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. Would love to come back with our kids and stay here again!

Excellent location

We like staying at this place when we visit Savannah. The location is great for walking along the river front and watching the ships go by from the balcony. Owner is great at communicating quickly. There is no longer a parking spot dedicated to this place but there is nearby lots that worked for us. Good furnishing in the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip back to Savannah.

Great location, unique apartment right on the river!

This was a perfect location for a long weekend in Savannah. We were able to walk everywhere, the balcony overlooking the river was awesome, and the apartment was great and uniquely modern with a historical Savannah feel. The process (checkin/checkout) was as simple as ever. We would certainly stay again - thank you for having us!

50th Birthday Girls Getaway

The location was perfect for everything we had planned. The accommodations were awesome! Beds were comfortable. Linens were amazing. Views from both balconies were awesome! Could use a few more mirrors and at least one full length mirror in the apartment. All in all we loved it! And will definitely stay here again if we visit Savannah in the future.

Beautiful place. Great location

Beautiful place. Great location. The owner was great with communication. The place was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I went and got a two day visitor parking pass. And left my suv at the River street parking lot just outside. The Tour trolley ticket area is right on the opposite corner. Plant District was maybe an 8 minute walk. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, Spacious, & Great Location

Why stay at a hotel and pay the same or more and have less space and privacy? Amazing character in the space! Just lovely…and cool too! Great location. Lots to walk to close by. Just love to watch the container ships cruise by out the window. Fun people watching. Never heard any noise aside from some happy candy shop teenage bench sitters on a busy Saturday night. No noise from sides or above. Would love to stay again and bring another couple even.

Sister’s 50th birthday weekend

We were 4 sisters celebrating our youngest sisters 50th birthdays over a long weekend. The unit was adorable. Loved the decor, kitchen space, brick walls and the living area was very comfortable. Greatly enjoyed the patio where all 4 of us could sit after a long day and drink wine, eat a cheese plate (with honeycomb from Savannah bee company and glazed pecans from candy store next door), listen to music and play cards. Very convenient to everything on River street and a great people watching location. Checkout instructions were easy to adhere to. Would highly recommend.

Fireworks

This place was awesome. We enjoyed the view, especially watching the fireworks over the river, right off of the bedroom balcony for New Years. The closeness of everything you would want. All of the tours that we took would pick us up just a few steps from the door, which allowed us to park and not drive again. The furnishings and kitchen was great. Having a good kitchen, most would think we are going out and no cooking, but on days that it was rainy and cold I had groceries delivered to door and cooked in. Thank you so much for sharing you piece of paradise. This place is the kind of place I search for on VBRO for my vacations.

Beautiful Modern Factors Walk Loft

This property was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The location is superior, within walking distance to everything in the historic district. The kitchen was fabulous, with state of the art appliances. We enjoyed the side stoop in the morning for coffee and the balcony overlooking the river at night for people watching. The restaurant below (The Boars Head) has wonderful food and an amazing staff. The loft is spacious and both of the bathrooms are beautifully remodeled. We were three adults travelling together and stayed for 8 nights. There are a few creature comforts that could be updated to make a long term stay more comfortable such as a headboard on the master bed as well as side tables. Storage in guest room is limited, as the closet is being utilized to store ladders, vacuums, and such, so there was nowhere for our guest to hang cloths. Overall this is a fabulous loft in a great location that has been beautifully remodeled. Highly recommended!

Bringing In The New Year Savannah Style

My husband and myself booked this unit for our 2nd wedding anniversary/New Years Eve and I can say this place was so beautiful. The interior I could not get enough of. It was stunning. The unit was very well stocked and all appliances were updated. The Jacuzzi tub in the master was wonderful too. Location was fabulous, we parked and never got into the car until it was time to leave. The weather was very cold and raining so New Years Eve we walked to the events they had but then returned to the loft and watched the fireworks from our private balcony. New Years Day I cooked a big pot of ham and beans and we lounged around all day and relaxed watching TV. I would also suggest eating downstairs at the Boar's Head Tavern (reservations required) as it was the best meal during our get away. The trolley is right across the street and we were amazed with the HUGE Cargo ships that went past on the river. I would give this unit 10 stars if available and we will be back when it is warmer.. Cool place, unless you have any mobility concerns.

Overall it was an amazing place! I would recommend to most with a couple of notes. First-it is NOT a good place for anyone with even slight mobility issues. The stairs leading inside are STEAP, uneven and slippery. As is the walking path up to the steps. There are also unexpected steps inside the apartment. It was not an issue for us, but would be a hazard for many. Pros:FANTASTIC location with amazing views. We had fun watching the container boats, people and shopping along the river street. Felt safe and secure (although was a little nervous that someone could lock us in, which is what you are told to do when leaving each day).Comfortable, spacious and well appointed.Cons: There were several stains on the couch, bedding, pillows etc. It was a bit off putting to see, but the bedding did smell fresh.The TV had a code that was not provided so it was difficult to watch anything.Typically there is a little starter coffee along with some sugars etc and maybe even a few bottles of water and some seasonings provided at arrival. This place had NOTHING. There is not a convenient store to grab even basic stuff so we ended up needing to Uber to a place to get some basic items. There was also only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a 5 night stay. Many of the cabinets are locked for owners (far more than normal) and the others had various cleaners and random stuff haphazardly inside.

Savannah Riverfront

Cute property. Wifi not so great and bit slow sometimes and movies buffered some. Nice location on waterfront with a view; but Awful parking situation. I find it hard to believe that for the price you are renting this property per night that they do not provide you with a dedicated parking space. I feel certain that the property has one, they just don’t offer it to renters. That was a real bummer. Kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as other Vrbo properties we have stayed in but that was fine for us as we we planning on dining out most the time anyway. Towels were of poor quality, mismatched and had to hunt around to find washclothes. The front door has old wooden shutters that cover the French doors and it has lots of historical charm but they suggest you close the shutters at night & lock it with the cross board as well. Then deadbolt the French door shut. This is all for safety as this is a downtown location on the lower River front street with many tourists walking by. So keep that in mind when renting. I don’t know if I would want that location for single young women. I definitely don’t suggest it for people with small children. Or people with mobility problems as there is a very steep stoop up to the front door and very unstable footing at the bottom of the steps. Having said all that, we enjoyed our stay there. It was fun to stand on the balcony and watched the ships go by. We personally enjoyed the location! I just know that it wouldn’t be suitable for everyone.

Great Week in Savannah

The property was as advertised. It was a great location for being able to walk almost all the places we wanted to see. Restaurants and bars were all close. If you are visiting Savannah I would strongly recommend this property. The only struggle was parking. We did rent a car because we wanted to come and go to the beach. The long term parking ramp suggested was open for monthly tenants only. Honestly, if you are not going to the beach or venturing outside the Historic district don't even rent a car.
