This location in in the middle of the Historic District and most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Reserved parking at the unit was available for one vehicle, depending on when you travel additional parking near the rental may be hard to find.

Beautiful condo on the river that had a historic feel with a modern touch. Great views of river street and ships passing by. The roof top balcony was perfect for enjoying drinks in the evening too. Onsite parking was huge for us! We parked our suv when we arrived and never moved it until we left. Everything for us was in walking distance. Bathrooms and beds could use an upgrade but priced right for location and onsite parking.

The condo was perfect for a mother daughter Savannah visit! The views of the river are gorgeous and it’s so fun to watch the enormous barges float by. There is a lot of space and the rooftop is fun. (But in July it’s super hot up there!) The hairdryer and towels aren’t the best, but everything else is very nice and super convenient. Very close to restaurants, shops, bars and the ferry for trips across the river. We would definitely stay here again!

This was by far the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. The photo’s don’t do it justice. It was beautiful and so comfortable. The location couldn’t have been any better. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and I hope to stay again one of these days.

The kitchen was set up for cooking all your meals should you choose to. We didn’t cook because all sorts of restaurants and bars were just steps away. You really don’t need a car, it’s central to everything by foot. Very cool property with stellar views! I would definitely come back again.

The views from the deck and balcony was amazing. Great for morning coffee as well as enjoying the evening on the deck with a glass of wine. Very clean throughout and would definitely stay here again.The location was ideal for walking to restaurants, shops both on the riverwalk as well as the shopping districts.

Perfect location and apartment

We had a blast and loved the location and watching the container ships go by from the roof and the living room. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if we were back on Savannah!

Perfect place for ship-watching!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place, with only 2 cautions. We really enjoyed the view, and we went to the balcony or roof to see nearly every ship that passed. I got the MarineTraffic app so we knew what was coming and going in advance, and the ships' destinations. Downsides: River Street noise on one side, and extreme Bay Street noise on the other. Ear plugs were essential to be able to sleep. And steep stairs to get to the apartment and the roof are a challenge for impaired folks.

The property is centrally located, parking out front, walking distance to everything on Riverwalk. You will not be disappointed I would stay a month and not be ready to leave

The unit location was perfect. The view fromThe balcony was amazing. However, the cleanliness of the unit lacked a lot. There were stains all over the carpet and dust over most of the unit. The furniture on the outdoor patio was so nasty we could not actually use it.

Awesome rooftop views

Loved the design of the living area and the rooftop view was awesome. Being on the shipping channel and seeing the huge container ships go past was very unique

Awesome location

We had a parking issue when checking in, which the managers fixed in about an hour. Other than that, we had a great stay. The property is lovely and has beautiful views. Plenty of room to spread out.

Great view and location!

The view from the balcony and rooftop deck were beautiful! The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants which was convenient. The loft was very spacious as well. Definitely will come back!

We absolutely loved the space and the view from the rooftop. It was so close to the city market as well as the Christmas market (JW Marriott) along the riverfront, shopping and all the restaurants. We are a family of three and we love to be in the heart of everything and within walking distance. Of course, please know that with this kind of convenience you will hear noise outside from the main bedroom and from Riverview side where all the shopping and restaurants are. The unit was very clean and we loved the kitchen. It also comes with a parking spot and we had great communication with Lucky Savannah. They were very easy to work with.
