Excellent location overlooking one of the small squares. Walking distance to everything in the historic area. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s directly above an excellent deli and it does have a weird layout. It worked well for our small family but the main bedroom is inbetween the kitchen and living room and the second bedroom is basically in a converted hallway. We loved it so that wasn’t an issue for us but something to be aware of. Not a ton of privacy from others in your party if that’s what you need or want. Super tall ceilings and old Savannah vibe. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

This property was so cute! The location is amazing and we were able to park for free the entire time. We cooked Christmas Eve dinner in the kitchen and enjoyed coffee from the Urban Deli. The location is incredible and being on the square was so perfect for just walking the dog or having a picnic. Comfortable beds, clean, cool and eclectic. Totally love this place.

I had a wonderful birthday trip to Savannah with a great experience at my selected location. I looked at a number of locations prior to selecting the 1869 historic home and it was important to have an aesthetically pleasing location with quality features, good reviews on cleanliness without insect issues, good bedding for all guests, and (fingers-crossed) a coffeemaker. I was not disappointed! I really appreciated the location on the corner, with nearby parking (we got lucky and parked across the street without needing to move our car the entire time), availability to many attractions, including shopping, restaurants, etc. The host was super helpful with instructions, most gracious to respond to all my messages throughout my stay and even left me a birthday card! The home had all the character elements of a historic home!

Of the proximity to shops and food. We’d like to open format of the apartment. There were plenty of towels & linen. We have one issue with the key pad. They were very prompt in coming out to fix this. Definitely stay here again.

Beautiful & Great Location

The space is as beautiful ‘ clean in person as the photos posted. We couldn’t have found a more perfect space for our “mother & daughter’s”vacation. We love the fact that once inside the space our mother didn’t have to climb any stairs. This was very important to us and made her & our vacation more enjoyable. The host is available to answer any questions or recommendations you may have. We found it was conveniently located with it being just a walk or drive to everything downtown. There’s a great deli below the space which is a plus & must try.

Christmas in Savannah!

Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place for your stay in Savannah. It’s a beautiful house with many original architectural features but with all modern amenities and beautifully restored. The Layout is a bit untraditional but worked wonderfully for us, 2 adults and a doggie. The location is fantastic, we walked easily to all our favorite restaurants and activities. The property manager is incredibly responsive and very thoughtful, even brought us a beautiful Christmas Apple pie.
