10 Queen Street is a recently renovated home in the ocean block of Queen Street. Enjoy the view of Silver Lake from either of the two screened in porches or the picture window in the living room. On the first floor, guests will find a primary suite and hall powder room. The recently renovated kitchen features granite countertops, and it flows seamlessly into the dining space with seating for twelve. Adjoining this spacious kitchen and dining area is a luxuriously finished living space with ample space for everyone. The second floor includes four bedrooms with four baths. There is off-street parking for three cars, plus one on-street parking permit will be provided. Please note, the City of Rehoboth Beach does not allow parking on Queen Street between the hours of midnight and 6:00 A.M. Property is non-smoking, and pets are strictly prohibited.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $305.20.
