Located only one and a half blocks from the beach, this cozy South Rehoboth beach cottage will gladly welcome you and your family! There is plenty of living space with two indoor living rooms, TVs in each bedroom for endless entertainment, and an unbelievable oasis backyard. The backyard is an enclosed hidden gem with plenty of trees for shade on those hot summer days. And with two new quiet air-conditioning window units for 2023, staying cool indoors will be a breeze. Spend your days at the beach, then come home and relax in the backyard with a summer beverage and soak in the private hot tub. Warm-weather barbecues can take place in the backyard as well.

The fireplace is not operable
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival.
The hot tub is only open from March through November.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
