Fun family vacation spot! 4 Bedrooms, Screened in Back Porch, Large Family Room.

Memories are ready to be made! Brand new build, 4 bedrooms, lots of beds, with a large family room and loft! 3 Full baths! The kitchen is ready for large family meals when you're not enjoying the many restaurants close by. Our house has everything you need to for a family vacation such as community pool, walking trails, 5 min drive to beach and downtown Bethany Beach. Walking distance to brewery and a couple of restaurants. 2 Min drive to grocery store. Take a walk over to the James Farm Ecological Preserve, which is a beautiful spot to walk the trails, hang on the beach by the bay, or to fish.

1 king. 2 queens. Plus, the upstairs bedroom is a queen over queen bunk with a full trundle, a great kid's room. Separate area in the loft with TV and Xbox! Washer and dryer. Internet. 3 TVs. All linens included. The garage is full of beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, kid's bikes and backyard games. Large gas grill in the back.

June, July, August rentals are only available for full weeks (Saturday to Saturday).

Amazing family vacation spot!

The home was absolutely beautiful and the location lovely. We spent the week with our daughters, sons-in-law and 5 grandchildren. The neighborhood is small and very quiet with a short drive to the beach. We would 100% stay again!!!

Holiday Weekend

Beautiful home with thoughtful care providing a full range of kitchen appliances & other items. The coastal decor with spacious bedrooms & family spaces were a delight! The screened in porch was also an extension of comfortable family space accentuating outdoor breezes.Great memories & would highly recommend a stay here!

We had a wonderful vacation. Jason was very responsive. He even checked on us when we checked in to make sure everything was okay. You really don’t need to bring anything with you except your personal belongings. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need. The community was very quiet and nice.

Lovely weekend

Our only recomendation was to add a bedside table in the second floor bedroom—trivial of course. We enjoyed the house, we’re grateful for the bottle of wine as well as the various supplies that are there. Hope to return next year.

Bachelorette Getaway

We had a nice relaxing stay for a bachelorette weekend. We were right near some local breweries and close enough to Uber to the bars in Rehoboth and Dewey for a night out. The kitchen was spacious enough for cooking and serving a large group. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We also loved the back patio and fireplace in the living room. Everyone loved the house and wanted to come back during the summer!

Enjoyable Stay

This was a large, beautiful, and clean home. Very accommodating with three couples. We each had our own room and bathroom away from each other. The kitchen was large with many items for us to use. The hosts were very accommodating and attentive. A thoughtful welcome gift was left for us.

This home was built recently, has a great location and was as advertised. Owners have a clear pride of ownership and were very responsive whenever we had a question. If future dates work out, we will definitely book again. Our family has been visiting Bethany Beach for 35 years, so we are well versed in the quality of rental properties.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jason & Laura’s home! It is clean, bright, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. They were easy to communicate with, accommodating, and made sure we had all of the info we needed. Their recommendations for local businesses were excellent. The beach was a short drive away and we found the central location between Rehoboth and Ocean City to be perfect for literally never-ending things to do. The kitchen is truly well stocked for cooking and baking. There wasn’t a single thing we needed that they didn’t have. The neighborhood pool was a great bonus that we enjoyed a few times. It was also helpful that we didn’t need to travel with beach chairs and boogie boards. We absolutely recommend and would happily book again!

Exactly as listed, and better!

Jason and Laura have a gorgeous property. They were easy to talk with, and made sure we had everything we needed. The communal kitchen / living / dining area was perfect for us to spend time together as a group. We all loved the property, and felt that it was absolutely a bargain. They had games, plenty of cook ware, and lots of games and equipment in the garage for use. We were so appreciative to be able to use the space for a long weekend. Definitely stay here!

Beautiful Home and Area

The check in was seamless, house was very clean! The home was big enough for my husband and I along with our four adult children and two grandsons (5 and 2). Neighborhood was so quiet and everyone was friendly. The pool was big enough and had plenty of lounge chairs. Met some really nice people! We appreciated the grocery store being so close. Something to note is you can park for free at Bethany Beach until 10am. My husband I enjoyed driving to the beach early morning to walk and then enjoy breakfast on the boardwalk. Jason and Laura are wonderful host, quick to answer any questions we had! My grandson who is 5 didn't want to leave and said "I Love this Beach House so much"!! Thank you for an amazing week! (PS we enjoyed the bottle of wine as well...Thank you!)

Family Beach Getaway

Five Stars! We had a great time at this location and would definitely recommend! Excellent house and location for a large family gathering. Our family consisted of 7 adults and 4 kids (ages 2 months to 6 years old). House was as listed, clean, and modern. Screened-in porch was a nice place to relax. Nice to have grocery store, restaurants and beaches nearby. Swimming pool was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs available, as well as, well-maintained public bathrooms. Was able to park two cars in driveway and one in garage. Spent the week going to Bethany Beach shops, beaches, Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, and spent a day at Chincoteague Island beach. Owners were very responsive whenever we had questions. Thanks again for sharing your nice home!

These are the Hosts with the Most !

I loved the beds soooooo muchhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Khiya Mary, age 9 10/10 the house was amazing! Almost felt like we never left home!!! Tia, age 28 My niece, her husband and 6 children at the last minute could not join us. The 4 of us still had the most awesome time ! It was so peaceful and restful. We vegged out, slept and ate ! In fact, I'd like to spend my 16th Wedding Anniversary here on New Year's Eve. Mertine It was beautifully peaceful,and everything and anything a quest would want or need. We felt like it was home, and didn't want to leave...The house reflected y'all..Thank You for being beautifull people.. Merry Xmas Roach
