Remodeled ground floor unit in Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condominium is in a waterfront building, but the unit faces the library with a beautiful sunset view. Grab a couple chairs and sit out by the waters edge and enjoy a long range grounds view with palm trees and boats This 430 square foot unit has one bedroom, one bathroom galley kitchen across from a comfortable size living area with a dining table for 2. Relax in a private lanai porch with a love seat, two chairs and small tables. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler available. The lanai/porch has is very private so taking a nap or watching TV on a third smart TV acts like a second living area. This remodeled unit has a fully furnished kitchen and linens are provided. Put your feet up on one of two ottomans or lounge on sofa. Enjoy cable TV on a Smart 55” TV. There is a 32” Smart TV in the king bedroom and one on the lanai/porch. The dining room table for 2 guest has plenty of room to remote work if needed. This unit, Beachy Boho Place is only about one block to the Gulf of America.

A nice return to Madeira Beach

This place is perfect for a couple just wanting to hang out and be near the beach and not have the high prices of beach front properties. The place was very clean and quaint The owners are very very nice and prompt to answer any questions We would stay there again

Relaxing trip

We had a great trip. Second year in this complex and was easy walking distance to grocery and restaurants and easy trolley access if you wanted to go farther. Did I mention only a block walk to beach.

Comfort at MAD Beach!

Five minute walk to the beach and the beach gear was great, especially the canopied beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. Kitchen appliances are newer. Bath is pretty. Sofa was very comfortable.

Beach Vibes

The condo is small but tastefully decorated with the beach vibe. The condo has everything you need from dishes to fishing rods. I loved the location a short walk to the beach. The wagon, cooler , umbrella and chairs a bonus. At night it was nice sitting with a glass of wine on the lagoon side of condo.

We are surprised by this review since more than 2 guest came to stay during Spring Break time. We were not asked or informed after the confirmation went out and even day of arrival at check in that there would be more than 2 people. Don’t know what they mean about swiping. We only allow 2 people for the comfort of our guest as the other reviews reflect. We hope to make our guest happy and have a comfortable stay.

Great Condo

Loved this well appointed condo. Everything you could possibly need is provided for your stay in Madeira Beach. It’s decorated beautifully with a very comfy bed. It’s a great location very close to a grocery store and pharmacy with restaurants and beach bars within walking distance. A short walk also lands you on beautiful Madeira Beach. The owners of the condo were always accessible and aimed to please. It was a great vacation from start to finish.

Excellent Host and Location

Very accommodating host, always available to answer or address any concerns. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Unit was clean and perfect size for a couple. Parking spot just outside the unit was convenient. Unfortunately the whirlpool was out of order and the pools heating system was not working during out stay, however this is no fault of the hosts. Highly recommend to anyone looking to book in the Madeira Beach region!

Cozy condo for 2!

My husband and I just stayed at Karen and Vince’s condo! Perfect for 2 people. It was decorated so cute and had what we needed. We cooked breakfast everyday and lunch everyday and then out to dinner every night. The condo has beach chairs, beach towels, a beach wagon which comes in handy since the beach is a block away and other items. There was even a hair dryer! We had a great week and the owners are great communicators. Never had to wait for a reply! Thank you Karen and Vince. We had a great time!

Maderia Yacht Club

Karen&Vince went above and beyond during our brief stay due to the horrible hurricane this year. Their condo was exactly like the pictures listed. Ground floor decorated very cute. We Had the convenience to use the grill which we took up a couple times. The pool was nice first time we went to it also. We had a couple questions and both answered very quickly. Karen was very responsive when the hurricane was coming in she kept contact with us the whole time. She offered places to go but luckily we have family somewhere else in Florida. This is my yearly trip to this area. we’re very sad at what happened to the whole coast. Hope everyone can rebuild eventually we love the area. We only got to enjoy their condo for4 days out of 10. I’m extremely happy with their patronage towards us. They both were wonderful. You are about 1000 feet from the gulf and they have a nice beach supply to make it easier for your trip to the beach. Condo is nicely stocked with essentials to start you out. I absolutely love her stove. I am a cook for a living and the stove/oven is fantastic. Bed is big and comfortable overall great experience for no longer than we could stay. We had alittle trouble with bedroom tv but they both reached out to try and solve the problem immediately. I was confused on which grill to use and Karen said she would make a note because no one else has brought that to their attention.Condo has a nice grill to use.You are within walking distance to the beach,grocery,restaurants.

Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karen’s place. The condo was very cozy and clean. It was a perfect size for a couple! Karen provided a lot of the household necessities as well as beach items. It was only a short walk to the beach, a CVS, and a grocery store right across the street. Karen was also very attentive and quick to assess any issues or concerns. We had an awesome week and would definitely stay here again!
