Both pools are open, but there is a chance for constructions on parts of the property during your stay.

* Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before a reservation can be confirmed.
* The condo association requires a guest application and approval prior to arrival. Applications must be completed and returned within 4 days of booking to avoid cancellation. The required non-refundable $100 application fee is included in the booking cost.
