Located in the "Dolphin Ridge" Subdivision, it is only a short walk to the beach. Some Ocean peek views! Avoid the traffic - first right once over the EI Bridge! Nearby grocery stores (Publix/Food Lion) and restaurants within 2 miles.
Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed and a Twin Bed with Twin Trundle. Smart TV. Full Bath. Garage access with refrigerator, seating area, and table.
Included amenities: standard wooden corn hole boards, bocce ball, horseshoes, dart board, oversize Jenga, and basketball hoop. Beach cart.
Fully fenced backyard. 2 Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Showers with dressing area. Gas Grill and Park-Style Charcoal Grill. In-Ground Saltwater Swimming Pool and Hot Tub. Pool and Patio area has ample outside furniture and a picnic table.
