Lovely and charming OCEANFRONT single family home with 7 beds and 5 baths offering great gathering areas to make those beach vacations memorable.. Huge chefs kitchen with lots of new quartz counters and well equipped with new cookware ! This kitchen is big enough for all the cooks to work together ! The living area boasts a new sectional , additional couch and two comfy chairs while conversing or watching a favorite show. The round table easily sits 12-14 and there is additional bar and table settings. Views to the horizon. All while watching the waves wash up on the quiet and serene beach . Keep an eye out for frolicking dolphins along the shoreline. This home allows for your dog to join your family for an additional pet fee and rules to follow. We love our dogs ! Let's not forget our favorite part, the large oceanfront covered porch featuring endless Atlantic views! Downstairs is an additional living area with king bed , living space, kitchen and bath, perfect for those that want to join but need their space or are stair challenged ! Also, there is a nice entertaining space below and two outdoor showers! Two washer and dryers . New linens with duvets make this a clean choice for your family . Beds are as follows : 2 kings ( one upstairs and one in Mother in law quarters ) , 4 queens , 1 double and twin bunk beds . The Mother in law quarters is downstairs and has own king bedroom (7th bedroom) and kitchen, and owned keyed entrance. New owners and rental 2022! Sunday to Sunday prime season.

House shows some excessive wear and tare. Very dangerous stove vent hood, also a code violation. Highly recommend an immediate fix before you get sued by someone.

Our family of seven throughly enjoyed our stay. The close proximity to an uncrowded beach and the covered porch the width of the house were highlights. The house is clean, well-furnished, beds are comfortable, kitchen well-equipped and a large, round dining table is good for a group, The mother-law suite was ideal for a grandson who worked remotely from there without being disturbed by the activity on the main floor.

We had a great time staying at this oceanfront cottage. The views were spectacular. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house is as shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of extra supplies. The only small complaint is the size of the showers in the two oceanfront rooms. They are very small. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous house and host! We had a mix of a few family’s (4 older adult sisters, one of their husbands, and then 2 of the sister’s kids and their spouses and children - 6 children total ranging from 4-11yr). The house had ample space and seating (dining and living room) for all, all of the kitchen things you could need to make meals at the house, 2 outdoor showers, 2 washing machines and a great beach front view/access. The hosts were super quick with communication and the house was very clean upon arrival. Highly recommend this great beach house!

Great for large group of family and friends

Lovely home with lots of bedrooms; single adults appreciated having their own room. Downstairs apartment great for part of family with young children so they could have their own space for good sleep.

A Gem on Emerald Isle

What a wonderful vacation! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the comforts of home. Our favorite part was the round dining room table with the center turn table. The beds were comfortable and linens clean and fresh. We appreciated the games, grill, and lawn chairs. It was a safe, quiet neighborhood. We started a list in the binder of area attractions so we can hit the spots we missed on our next visit.

Great place to stay

My family of 13 scattered over half of USA, needed to get together since it had been several years, so we did so at this beach cottage. A wonderful place with plenty of room to socialize and the view of the ocean was perfect. Good choice

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving with family is always a wonderful occasion, and this location was the perfect setting to share a memorable meal together. With its spacious seating area, everyone had ample room to gather and enjoy the festivities. Not to mention, the breathtaking view of the ocean and the close proximity to the shoreline made it an idyllic backdrop for our Thanksgiving celebration.

What A Blessing

This was absolutely PERFECT for our family of 10 and a baby! It was big enough that we all had our own personal space but small enough to accommodate all of us comfortably in the common kitchen-dining-family room space and porch! We all loved the large round kitchen table and lazy Susan. We gathered there for every thing from serious discussions, holiday planning, card games, family meals and a birthday celebration! So many memories were made around it! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed and plenty of refrigerator space for all of our meal prepping. The ocean view and beach access was incredible and extremely convenient. We enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets from our rocking chairs on the porch! It truly lives up to its name, "Beach Blessing"!

Perfect Oceanfront House

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean and the rooms were exactly as advertised. Everyone enjoyed the beach and all the amenities that were available for our usage. Will rent again the next time we visit Morehead City and surrounding areas. We highly recommend staying here.

My Son’s Wedding

The family stayed here for the weekend of my son’s wedding. The groom took the downstairs apartment so he could have some quiet time prior to the big event which was perfect. The rest of the family was upstairs enjoying the view and being together. The house was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped although we did very little cooking. We stayed several days after the wedding and enjoyed relaxing on the beach. I would stay here again.

Family wedding/vacation

Perfect location. So nice to walk 25 yards from porch to ocean. Plenty of space for our family of 11, nice kitchen, outdoor showers great. We arrived right after a major storm, the home has some moisture problems. We would definitely stay at this property again

Great Times

Our group, which ranged in ages from 11 to 72, had a great time. The beach location was one of the best we have ever had. While the house could use a few updates, it was great overall. Management was very easy to work with.

Family vacation 2024

The bedrooms were wonderful. The layout was beautiful. The appliances were very current. The decor was very appropriate for a beach house. The house came and supplied with dishes, condiments, and pots and pans. They had beach chairs available, beach toys available, boogie boards, which made it great for the family. The outdoor showers were perfect to get off the sand and salt water. We highly recommend this house!

Much needed respite

Booked very last minute as we were coming due to my mother passing. Wanted to bring our dog but didn’t want to be underfoot at anyone’s house. Booking was easy, owner response was immediate. Beach is usually my happy place but this time it was peaceful respite during a sad and tumultuous time. House is great and that back deck was the best place to be morning, noon or night.
