This space welcomes your large groups to enjoy all that St. Pete has to offer, located between St. Pete Beach and the Pier: Walkable to the breweries, museums, axe throwing, karaoke lounge, escape room, restaurants and bars that make the Grand Central district famous.

Commercially zoned 1 block from the hustle and bustle of Central Avenue, you can rest easy knowing your stay is compliant to local regulations.

The space is open concept with the kitchen dining room and living room all within the same sight lines. The living room has (2) large sectionals that can comfortably host large groups. The front bedroom is perfect for families as it has a full sized bunk bed and another full bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the rear bedroom features a private full size bed. This cozy bungalow has (3) full sized bathrooms to accommodate large families and friend groups.

You’ll have access to the entire property as well as the backyard which has been tastefully landscaped. With the ample parking spots available, you’ll never struggle to find parking in grand central again: simply park at the bungalow and walk to the arts, restaurants, bars, breweries and fun!

We like to maintain a low key profile with our guests and prefer contactless check in. We can assist with entertainment recommendations at the request of our guests.

Leave your cars behind but enjoy the complimentary on-site parking. You`ll find a rental electric scooter station one block away in front of Casita Taqueria if you want speedy travel all the way to the pier and breweries.
If you`re happy with your stay, as a kind gesture to our hardworking cleaning staff, please do your best to throw away your garbage and run the dishwasher.

If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know in advance. Availability is not guaranteed as it depends on the readiness of the unit and scheduling of cleaning, and may be subject to an additional fee.

Please always lock the front and back door behind you after using our keyless entry. Safety is a top priority for us.

Please do not set the air conditioning temperature below 72 degrees at any time.

Please no parties or events, as well as no glitter or any other decorations which may cause damage to the property.

Please do not re-arrange any furniture and do not bring any furniture outside.

Please no candles or any other fire hazards at the property.

Please only toilet paper down the commodes, any damage related to lack of follow through of this rule shall be an additional charge.

Dogs are allowed at the property but at a nominal fee due during booking. All dogs must be housebroken and up-to-date on shots and must be crated if left in the house unattended. Dogs must be well behaved (even when crated) - excessive noise/barking is not allowed in respect of other guests and our neighbors. They must remain leashed in all public spaces in accordance to local law ordinances. Please note that any violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine and termination of the stay.

This is a NON-SMOKING property, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and marijuana, including medical marijuana. We inspect the property prior to check-in to ensure the absence of any of the prohibited odors, and maintain a detailed log of our inspections. If a violation is identified, the guest will incur a $500 fine and a possible eviction without refund.

The person making the reservation (primary guest) must be at least 21 years old.
