Enjoy all parts of the home with the exception of the supply closet and garage.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- As to be expected in any vibrant downtown setting parking can be a challenge. Designated parking space 10 car lengths away.

- Guest capacity is set 6. There is an additional fee for any extra guests of $50
Air Matress and linens will be available.

- Limited FREE street parking available, with a 2hr limit between the hours of 9am-6pm. If you elect to park here be sure to move the wheels of your car. You may park here overnight from 6pm-9am

- You can park in front of the back entrance for loading and unloading ONLY.

- DO NOT PARK IN THE CHINA FINDERS MAIN PARKING. FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME FOR ANY REASON.

- DO NOT PARK IN THE COMMERCIAL BUILDING DIRECTLY BEHIND THE TOWNHOUSE

- THERE IS A DESIGNATED SPOT BEHIND THE CHINA FINDERS BUILDING PLEASE FOLLOW THE PARKING INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN AT CHECK-IN.

- The blinds are electronic NOT manual and must ONLY be controlled with the remotes provided on the wall. The entire property is assesed upon checkout by our maintenance and housekeeping team. Any damage found to the blinds or the property will be charged to the guests at $500 per infraction.

-Pet fee is $150 please select pets at time of booking. If pets are discovered to be in the home without notice an additional pet fee will be requested. Extra fee will be applied for ANY aexcessive shedding and chewing or damaged caused by pets
The pet fee per stay is $150 for the first pet and $75 for each additional pet

- Cameras at both entrances are there for your safety. DO NOT TOUCH or adjust them in any way. Any damage to the cameras will be charged to the guests starting at $500

- Unfortunately due to allergies we are not able to host feline guests. Any pet found on the property without permission will be charged $300
