Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house had all the things that you would need or want. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and my older kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend staying here again.

Excellent Vacation Rental

I booked this home as a fun yet relaxing break from the cold winter in the midwest. Our group contained me and my wife, my brother and his wife, two sisters and my father. Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The property manager was helpful, and responded very promptly whenever we reached out. I highly recommend this location!!

Great Experience

Excellent location in the Apollo Beach neighborhood, with less than a five-minute drive to a dozen restaurants and similar access to Publix, it is easy to get-a-away from it all here. West-facing pool and patio make for great sunsets.

We had 4 adults and 4 kids and this place was perfect! The house had plenty of room for all of us. Kids loved the game room and we all loved the pool and hot tub. Having our own private dock was such a treat! The owners were super responsive and kind. I would stay again for sure and hope to in the future!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 10 stay (4 adults with 6 17-20 year olds. The pool area with hot tub is great. The kids fished off the dock and even caught a few. The canals were awesome to Kayak. Neighborhood very quiet.

Spring break stay

The floorplan was perfect for an extended family. Our teen aged grandkids had their own much needed separate space... Kitchen was well stocked Barbecue availability was something we hadn't had at other VRBOs and worked well. The pool was nice and the spa/hot tub was great! Communication w management was easy. The location was perfect for day trips and quiet family nites.

Amazing Week!

Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We had an amazing week at your property! Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We caught several fish off your pier and were visited by dolphins a few times right at the pier! We took a charter with Titan Fishing Charters of Tampa Bay! Captain Jesse was awesome! Perfect House

Fantastic place to rent! Communication was fantastic through our whole stay. Beautiful view of the water from the hot tub and pool. Peaceful neighborhood. We loved having coffee on the dock right out the back door, relaxing in the pool, and ending the evenings in the hot tub. Apollo Beach is close to so many things. This house was perfect for the “lazy” or “stormy” days with so many things to do right in the house, like puzzles, games, piano, basketball & foosball. Highly recommend!

Good Location

Although we knew it was a 45-60 minute drive to the beaches, it was a great location on the water close to Tampa Bay. The house was plenty large enough for the large family we had there. It is centrally located close to shopping, restaurants, fishing, Tampa and several beaches on the Gulf Coast. There was plenty to do at the house like swim, fish, read, play games, watch TV, ect. The only thing that the family commented on was the house and some of the furniture was dated and the mattresses were hard. Overall, our trip here was very nice.

We assure you that we maintain our properties in impeccable condition, we treat all AC Units regularly, and this specific AC unit is only one year old. This event was beyond our control and we did everything we could to mitigate the discomfort. We are sincerely sorry to hear about your experience during your recent stay at our property. We understand that a malfunctioning AC system can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you're looking forward to a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, sometimes unforeseen issues arise that are out of our control. We immediately took action by engaging one of the most reputable AC companies in Tampa to address the problem as swiftly as possible. However, due to the nature of the breakdown and parts being back-ordered, the repair process took longer than expected. Throughout this ordeal, we made sure to keep you informed every step of the way and provided portable AC units to mitigate the discomfort caused by the malfunction. Additionally, we wanted to express our gratitude for your patience by providing complementary heat for the pool during your stay, worth $300.

Beautiful house but poor experience

They advertise the boat lift but it didn’t work when we got there and then we were then told we were not allowed to utilize it. They did get it working for us around day 6 however still disappointed in the lack of communication. Our boat had to be tied to the side of the dock and got all dinged up. There were a lot of broken things around the house, ie doors, locks and even a bed Frame. We notified the owners immediately upon arrival and they just said thanks. We also found dirty under wear and other clothing items under the beds which tells me their cleaners are not doing a thorough cleaning job. The house and area are beautiful for a family stay however I would bring or be prepared to purchase some items. We had only a few wash cloths and no toilet paper or paper towels, or trash bags for the house. We went and bought everything. As a fellow property manager I am dissatisfied with the lack of response we received from them to remedy any of the issues.

Our listing advertises a dock, not a boat lift. The boat lift is available upon request, and permission must be arranged in advance. Unfortunately, the lift sustained damage during a recent hurricane, and since prior arrangements had not been made, its immediate use was not guaranteed. Nevertheless, we worked diligently to repair it and were able to provide you access by day six of your stay. Regarding the minor concerns you raised, upon your arrival, about the maintenance of the house, you noted that it was to avoid being held responsible. We acknowledged these observations and made a note of them. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and had we been informed of any additional concerns, such as the items you mentioned under the bed, we would have immediately addressed them. In terms of supplies, we provide an initial stock of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic toiletries) sufficient for an average group of guests. Larger groups or extended stays may require guests to purchase additional supplies during their stay, as is standard for most vacation rentals. We always strive to provide clear communication and a comfortable experience for our guests. We are sorry that this stay did not fully meet your expectations, but we hope you still enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the time with your family.

came down for my 40th birthday with some friends and see some spring training baseball games nearby - had an amazing time. host was flexible to early and late flight adjustments. the spa and pool heaters were able to keep up even with some cooler evenings (low 60's).would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Family Trip!

This property was large, clean, super comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly as we walked the streets and our hosts were incredible! Einav and Ron were the ultimate in attentive hosts. We had only one glitch, that was nobody's fault, and I have never stayed in a place where the hosts responded so quickly. They were there to make everything right and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. There were 9 of us. Three generations in one house, but the layout of the house is great for just that. It gives you ample room to do your own thing, even if you are all under one roof. You can be in the kitchen getting a snack, in one of the 2 living rooms watching TV, or in one of the 2 dining rooms playing board games, taking a nap in one of the 4 bedrooms, or enjoying the big pool and spacious screened in pool area. You never feel crowded. We are definitely coming back to this house! Thank you so much Einav and Ron! you made our stay so very special!
