Welcome to your home away from home! This modern, spacious 3-bed, 2.5 bath located in family friendly Rita Ranch has everything you need to relax with family and friends. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering to cook, eat, play board games, and watch movies on the 75inch tv equipped with surround sound speakers. Step outside to the back yard to enjoy cookouts at the grill and a nice swim on the hot summer days. Need to rest? Find three clean, cozy & peaceful bedrooms all upstairs!

The house is located in the quiet, family-friendly Rita Ranch neighborhood.

Inside, you`ll walk into a bright, open-floor plan with the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room has ample comfortable seating and a 75-inch smart tv with an adjustable mount and surround-sound system. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal and, of course, plenty of coffee! You’ll also find a half bath and laundry area conveniently located on the main floor.

Upstairs you`ll find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, beautiful bathroom with a soaking tub, and large walk-in closet. This room is equipped with a 50-inch smart tv and sound bar. The other two bedrooms are cute and cozy with queen-sized beds and plenty of closet space. You`ll also find another full bathroom upstairs, and plenty of extra towels and linens in the linen closet. The bathrooms come stocked with shower essentials in case you forgot yours at home!

Step outside to the back yard to enjoy cookouts at the grill and a nice swim on the hot summer days. Patio furniture has been ordered and pictures will be updated soon!

Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire house, including the back yard and garage.

I live here in Tucson and I am here for guests. Unlike many hosts, I handle most of the things, including cleanings, by myself. I will send information before, during and near the end of a stay. Beyond that, I am happy to interact as much or as little as my guests prefer. Guests should feel comfortable reaching out at any time with questions or concerns--whether they are airbnb related or guests just want to know the best places to hike or grab a bite to eat. While I try to provide guests with all they need to have a great stay, I`m just a quick drive away to support them in any way needed.
