-Guests have access to the full house and outdoors.

-Aside from a single step up into the family room, the home is single level.
Guest access

The entire home has been fully restored and prepared for your visit. You will have full access to the entire, fully fenced property. With access to covered parking, even your car will get to relax in the shade.... almost poolside.


Other things to note

-The home has a strict 8-person capacity, each additional unapproved guest will result in a $100 per person per night fee.

-Quiet time after 10 p.m.

-Please do not put anything into the fireplaces, they are not functional.

-You can bring one dog with prior approval and an additional $200 fee.

-There is a $500 fee for ANY smoking on the property (this includes all substances/types).

-Pool/hot tub are serviced weekly, on Thursdays. Our tech usually arrives earlier in the day.
