Hickory Hill Haven: Waterfront - Hot Tub - Fire Pit - Relax

Welcome to Hickory Hill Haven! Enjoy hill top lake views, Beaver Lake access and the privacy of 5 rural acres. Spend your days on Beaver Lake enjoying swimming, boating & fishing. Then spend your evenings relaxing in the private HOT TUB, grilling on the propane grill, playing one of many yard games and listening to the crackle of the fire in the outdoor firepit. Hickory Hill Haven is the perfect blend of rural, luxury and comfort so come escape the busy life and dip your toes in the water.

Upon arrival to Hickory Hill Haven you see an open, sprawling, flat front yard with a beautiful home perched up high on hickory hill and looking down at Beaver Lake! We have a gravel driveway with plenty of parking for 4-5 vehicles. Our 2-car garage is setup as an outdoor living space with a wicker sectional sofa, wicker chair, dining table seating 6+, corn hole, darts, kanjam, spike ball and more! This is a really fun outdoor living space for the whole family! Our stainless steel propane grill is located just outside the garage door. As you step around the front you'll find a great big open and flat yard wrapping from the front around the side and back making it perfect for the kids to run and play. You'll also find our outdoor fire pit in the front yard next to the wood shed which has plenty of well seasoned wood for you to burn! As you continue around back you'll find the private salt water hot tub overlooking the views of Beaver Lake and another covered patio for outdoor enjoyment! On the covered patio you'll find more wicker cushioned furniture as well as dining for 6+ again.

Now that you're well oriented to the outdoor spaces lets step inside! As you enter through the front door you're greeted with an inviting and open concept entryway, living, kitchen and dining areas! The entryway has a great drop zone for all of your coats, jackets, purses, bags and more. The living area is warm and welcoming with 2 couches, a lounge chair, game cabinet, large smart TV and a wood burning stove. The TV is setup for streaming from your own accounts but the woodburning stove unfortunately is not available for guest use due to insurance/liability reasons. In the game cabinet you'll find lots of fun board games, puzzles and card games. The dining area is in the back with views of the lake from the 8 seater dining table. Overlooking all of this is the custom kitchen with cabinets to the ceiling, stainless steel electric appliances, quartz countertops, and all of the supplies you would ever need to cook a delicious meal. Our favorite part of the kitchen is the window above the sink looking out to the lake! We also provide k-cups for the Keurig and have a drip coffee maker if you prefer that instead.

After you've enjoyed all the fun of Hickory Hill Haven and you're ready to settle in for the night, you'll enjoy one of the 3 king size beds in either of the 3 bedrooms! Each of them are plush with cozy comforters and plenty of fluffy pillows. The master bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with an extra long vanity and oversized, custom tile shower! The other two bedrooms are across the home and share a full size bathroom with access from the hallway. This bathroom has a tub/shower combination with plenty of fresh linens for everyone! You'll also find a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer for guest use and plenty of lake/hot tub towels if you need them.

Guests will have access to the entire home and property excluding the cleaners closet which is in the master bathroom. Enjoy the 5 acres surrounding the home but please exercise caution when taking the trek down to the lake as it is a steep incline. We do have a staircase but it stops at the corps of engineers line and any access past that is at your own risk.

The wifi internet is a hot spot and cannot handle more than about 2 devices at a time. We would not suggest planning to operate multiple devices at a time but if you keep it limited to a few then the speed is more than enough for you. We have a staircase down to the lake but the stairs stop at the corps of engineers line so you will have to take a primitive trail the rest of the way. Please use caution and access the water at your own risk. Please be aware of any burn bans in Benton County prior to burning in the outdoor fire pit and ensure the pit is fully extinguished before leave unattended.
