Step into a spacious primary floor featuring custom concrete floors, vaulted ceilings, and stunning log beams. The open-concept design seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas, anchored by high-peak windows that fill the space with natural light. Relax on plush seating in front of the large smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Just off the living room, a cozy sunroom invites you to start your day with a workout on the Peloton bike, or simply unwind in the serene space.



Gourmet Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen boasts ample countertop space, a new appliance package, and all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. From pots and pans to dishware and utensils, everything is neatly organized for your convenience. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee from the coffee maker, best enjoyed on the back porch, where deer sightings and tranquil river valley views await.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

On the primary floor, you'll find:



A queen bedroom with two queen beds, ample closet storage, and a streaming-ready TV.

A bunkroom featuring two sets of bunks (four single mattresses total), ideal for families or group stays.

The two bathrooms on this floor include a mix of low-entry showers and a shower-tub combination, ensuring comfort and accessibility. In-home laundry facilities are also available for extended stays.



Upstairs, retreat to the luxurious primary suite, showcasing a king mattress, stylish decor, and a hanging chair perfect for curling up with a good book. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, low-entry shower, and a deep soaking tub, providing a spa-like experience. All bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials, including towels, toilet paper, 3-in-1 shampoo/body wash, and a hair dryer.



Outdoor Bliss:

The wraparound porch is the crown jewel of the Black Lodge Cabin. Unwind in the hot tub, perfect for melting away stress after a day of exploring. During warmer months (late March to early October), cool off in the unique container dipping pool, complete with a lounging area designed for soaking up the Arkansas sun.

Guest Access:

Guests will be provided a unique door code to access the property. All check in information is automatically sent 48 hours in advance of the check in time.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled away in the country side you will enjoy peaceful surroundings while just being a short gravel drive off Highway 62 that will give you easy access to Rogers, Bentonville, and the greater NWA. Enjoy direct access to Big Sugar creek, and just minutes away from Sugar Creek Golf Course and Banquet center. A short drive down Highway 62 you will be in Rogers to enjoy places like Ozark Brewing, Railyard, and more. Cut over to Bentonville and enjoy hundreds of miles of MTB trails, Crystal Bridges American Art Museum, The Momentary, 8th Street Market, and plenty of dining options ranging from fine dining to casual.



Getting Around:

The home is connected by county maintained roads and Highway 62. Sugar Creek road is a great gravel biking road.

Please note all home rules and check out instructions. We aim to provide a wonderful stay so please let us know if there are any issues at all that we can assist with. We ask all guests to respect the home like it was their own. We are pet-friendly up to three dogs. Note, bikes photo are to show storage, no bikes are provided. Fire wood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit.

We live near by and are here to assist with anything you need. Generally the best way to contact us is via email or through your booking app between 8 am and 7 pm. Please only use the contact information inside the home in case of emergency after hours.
