Great property for families! The house is spacious and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, and the proximity to the lake is unbeatable. Easy access to mountain bike trails..Enjoyed spending the afternoons sitting on the dock and paddling around in kayaks and on paddleboards while the kids fished.

This house is everything our group could have asked for and more! The lake is so calm and relaxing, the trees provide wonderful shade, the house is large but cozy, and the space offers many different experiences for all ages. Highly recommend! I'm very worried I won't be able to book this place again once everyone finds out about it!

2nd time staying at this house. Always enjoy the shady dock, swim area, and paddleboards. Also like the 2nd kitchen in the basement- makes it easier with a large group of people. The view right over the water is great for morning coffee!

Everything was as advertised. Loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of options for enjoying the water and the hosts were able to accommodate us when we wanted to extend our stay. Looking forward to a return visit.

We stayed a long weekend and had a blast. House was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time relaxing and hanging out on the deck and dock. We used the paddle boards and kayak also- fun for all ages.

This was a wonderful place for us to get away for a long weekend. I felt like we were at a lake house that had been in our family for years so comfortable and homey. The host was great about letting us know if we did need something to let them know and they would come over and take care of it. But we were fine, this is wonderfully comfortable house; I need weeks there to put together the puzzles & play the wonderful family games they had that I grew up on. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and the grill was great. We loved having morning coffee waterside on the dock and on both of the porches. The lake view is stunning, I could spend all day just watching the water, fish jumping, & birds flying around. The bedroom we used was great, the best mattress we have slept on outside of our home in years, it made the stay so much better. We loved having kayaks available; but they had so much more that a family could use and enjoy the water with also. I would highly recommend staying here, and will look forward to trying to get back down here ourselves again in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful vacation lake house.

Beautiful, clean property on Lake Avalon. We had a wonderful family stay with a 5 year old and a dog (both ours). Amenities are excellent and I could live on the porch. Communication and check-in were great.It is very close to Tanyard Nature Trail, a nice outdoor activity for everyone.We enjoyed the Amazium for the Grandson, and our adult children had a great eBike ride in the Bentonville area.Our son spent a day rock-climbing with a guide in the Springdale area through a group called Arkansas Rock Climbing Guides. They are reasonably-priced, easy to work with and he had a blast.

We went as a family. My mother,my 2 daughters their husbands 3 grand children ages 2,2 4,my husband and myself . Ample parking for 3 vehicles.driveway is very steep ,we drive a ram 1500 it was to hard to park at bottom of driveway with 2 other suv so we parked at street spot .we loved that house had 2 separate living quarters we put kids and grandkids in lower level. It had a door to close off from upstairs to drown out crying kids who didn't want to leave lake to go to bed! We enjoyed the lake kayaks and paddleboards daily! Used the grill a couple times.absolutely loved it.we would love to stay again sometime.

The driveway was intimidating but proximity to the water was worth it. We loved how close it was to biking for kiddos and adults! The smell of incense was a bit strong in the basement but overall an amazing property. I definitely think we’ll be back!

So glad you plan to come back! Tre driveway is steep but after you turn in and go 2 feet slowly you’ve conquered it. It’s easier to do the hill in the car so that the walk to the lake is not steep. We do not use incense. The housekeeper had cleaned out the fireplace and used Febreeze.

This home has become likely one of our favorite VRBOs of all time! It was absolutely perfect! We are so grateful to the owners of this lakeside treasure for sharing it with us. The peace and quiet of sitting on the glass smooth waters edge or stand up paddle boarding around beautiful lake Avalon were medicine for the soul! We’ve got a lot going on in our lives right now and this amazing location and perfectly appointed and clean and comfortable home was just what we needed! Highly recommended for romantic couple getaways and family groups like we had. It is also perfectly located to get out and explore all the natural beauty around Bella Vista and Bentonville. We are already thinking about when we will rent this home again. A true treasure!
