Large upstairs living room with a couch, love seat, and 2 arm chairs and a large flat screen tv with Roku and a blu ray dvd player.

2 side nooks for two to enjoy morning coffee inside and one with a table that converts to a chess, checkers, backgammon table.

3 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms upstairs. The Master has a queen bed, and all others have full beds.

Back porch has two outdoor seating areas with excellent views of the water and moring sunrises or evening moon and stars.
