The host had great hospitality along with amazing communication. She helped make our anniversary one to remember. The house was filled with flower bouquets, chocolate and rose pedals on the bed, and we took a relaxing sunset ride on the pontoon boat where we got to interact with the hosts husband making for a fun and friendly experience. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The perfect lake house with a cozy cabin feel. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing couples getaway.

Had a great time here. Super cute house and great location. We caught 8 fish off the dock in just one morning. They liked the fake worms. Catch & release. Recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway.

Life is better by the lake!

The house was bright and inviting. My reason for the 4 star review for cleanliness of the property is because the outside furniture looked dirty and the table was sticky but the view was amazing.

Great weekend getaway

Cute place! I don't know who had a better time, us fishing and relaxing or the dog with all his complementary goodies Lisa even had a Birthday cake waiting for us! The lake is awesome and would highly recommend booking here.

The perfect setting for a perfect honeymoon

My husband and I booked the lake house a year in advance for our honeymoon. We only got married 2 days before we headed to Washington (from Arizona), so we were exhausted as much as we were excited. And the moment we arrived to the lake house was the most relaxing surrender we could have imagined!!! From the very start, Lisa has been so helpful and responsive- such an incredible host. The house, the amenities, the lake, and everything in between was just wonderful. It truly was the perfect setting for our first week as a married couple, even if we left to go adventure for most of our stay lol Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us, and for allowing us to stay an entire week in one of the most serene and calming environments. We may be back if you’ll have us!

Amazing time at the Lake

This is the second time we've stayed at the lake house on Lost Lake. After the first time, there was no question where I wanted to spend my birthdays. Even in November when it's too cold to swim, staying at this cozy Lake house is the best! Lisa makes the place feel so comfortable, with so many little touches that make you feel right at home. Sitting by the wood stove, listening to the rain hit the roof, and watching the water all around you refreshes your soul. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a place to relax with friends or family. It's so beautiful and bringing our pups is such a huge bonus! Lisa made them feel so welcomed as well!

All the little details

Honestly, all the little details that the owner Lisa put into this amazing place is just incredible. She went above an beyond. From the little containers of hair ties, to the cookie dough in the fridge, to the little instructive notes everywhere, it all showed that Lisa cares about having a quality experience at her place. Even the Halloween decor was on point. While we only stayed at the place over night, I would absolutely stay here again! 10/10!

Wonderful cabin!

Ellie's Lake House was incredible. The decor was beautiful and the main bed was super comfortable! There were many small touches by the host that made it even more special such as cookies for baking in the fridge, chocolates on the pillows, fresh non fragrant flowers and greenery placed in the rooms, and so much more. There were lake craft provided to use, but mostly I enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful sunrise on the lake. <3 10/10 would come back again!

The Best Lake Getaway!

The time at this lake house was remarkable and we had zero complaints. Every moment from pre-booking to booking, Lisa was responsive and a pleasure to work with. The property was as expected. Waking up close to the lake every morning was a dream! The house had everything we needed to enjoy time cooking outside and using the lake. We will be back!

Birthday getaway

This cabin was very clean and decorated beautifully! Our stay was absolutely perfect. The host thought of everything and even had a small birthday cake in the fridge for us to celebrate upon arrival. She was very helpful and responsive and honestly the best host and rental we have experienced thus far! The lake was stunning and we caught a few trout right off of the dock. Wonderful Lake Experience!

We had a wonderful time at the house this last weekend. Everything was very thoughtfully done. The host was very good about communication and letting us know we had extra time for early check in and late check out. Very thoughtful. If I had to say something critical, perhaps the bed was a little too hot. We had all the windows open and it was still incredible how hot the mattress topper and everything was. But we really had the BEST time. I would definitely come back to this spot in the future.

Amazing property

I would stay here again and again. This place was amazing. The location was beautiful and quiet. The view of the lake was breathtaking. The host had thought through everything prior to our stay and provided little treats for us and our pups. The bedding was very comfortable and inviting. The thoughtfulness was so appreciated. My name is Lisa and my partner's name is Shawn. We met later in life and fell in love. We have both been married previously.... we were actually both married to other people on the same exact day!! Crazy! We love to hike, ride motorcycles, dirt bikes, camp, boat, SUP board, and pretty much anything on the water or outdoors. All our children are all grown so we wanted to find a place to call our own. Ellie's lake house was it!

We have always loved and admired Ellie's lake house from afar. When a friend informed us that it might be coming on the market, we jumped at the opportunity to purchase it! It is the perfect spot for us because it has everything we love to do close by! Ellie's Lake house is in the middle of it all! This place is truly magical for us! We hope you will love it as much as we do!

BTW.... Ellie was our very sweet black Labrador retriever!

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

If you are an outdoor type of person, Ellie's Lake House is the perfect spot! Located directly on Lost lake, in a friendly quaint, and quiet neighborhood with lots of water outdoor activities nearby. Of course if all you want to do is relax, the cabin is perfect for that too! We are just far enough away from everything to feel like we are on vacation, but close enough that if we need something we can make a quick run to town.

One of my favorite things about the cabin is that when you lay in bed on a clear night you can see the stars through the upper windows and when it rains you can hear it tapping on the sky lights. It's like camping in your luxurious bedroom!
