Casa de Los Amigos is a spacious open floor plan design. Fully equipped kitchen to accommodate you in preparing a delicious meal. There are two large bedrooms with king size beds. Each bedroom has access to a full bathroom with deep soaking tubs. The outdoor area has everything you need to relax. From amazing views to a warm fire pit and even a hot tub to soak those sore muscles.

Throughout Casa de Los Amigos, you'll find a concrete floor design. We suggest that our guests consider bringing slippers or thick socks to ensure their stay is as comfortable as possible.

We are situated in a quiet neighborhood with a mix of local residents and a few other rental properties. Our land is open, spacious and surrounded by incredible views of the sawtooth mountains.

Casa de Los Amigos is located on dirt roads. Easy access for all vehicles.

Located in the heart of Pioneertown, we are the true Pioneertown proper, merely a 5-minute stroll from Pappy and Harriet's and the downtown area.

All guests are required to inform us of every individual staying in the home, providing full names and email addresses. Non-compliance may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Only 2 guest are allowed

Given the arid outdoor environment and landscaping, fires must never be left unattended. Ensure the propane tank is turned off before leaving the firepit unattended.

Casa de Los Amigos is situated in a tranquil neighborhood, and as such, parties and group gatherings are prohibited. Our neighbors appreciate quiet, especially no loud music after 10 pm. Violation of our rules may lead to reservation cancellation; this residence is not intended for parties.

A verified Airbnb account is mandatory for all guests. Failure to have an account verified may lead to reservation cancellation.

Guests have the option to set their preferred temperature for the spa. Please consult our home guide for instructions upon check-in. No
Kindly inform us if you wish to use the EV Charger prior to your arrival. A nominal fee will be applied for its use during your stay.

Parties or events are strictly prohibited, as are overnight stays by unauthorized guests without a written request, our written consent, and payment of additional guest fees.

A charge of $50.00 will be levied for each unauthorized and unapproved guest not included in the initial booking agreement.

Local guests are not permitted unless pre-approved. We advise making alternative local arrangements at a different property or hotel.
