One-Month Stay: For guests staying with us for one month or longer, we are pleased to offer a waived pet fee. This benefit applies to stays of 30 consecutive nights or more, meaning there will be no additional charge for accommodating your pets during your one-month stay.

Refundable Pet Deposit: A refundable pet fee of $200 will be charged for any length of stay. This fee is intended to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning that may be required after your departure. Upon satisfactory inspection of the room or premises, the pet fee will be fully refunded.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and within any common areas of the complex. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.

No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

The house was nice. Would have liked more towels and pool towels would have been nice. Extra blankets were needed as well. Not an adequate amount of pots and pans to use for cooking and the fridge doors kept swinging back to the counter (didn’t stay when opened) Was charged extra for having people over and the next day there was a party down the street that took up parking over a block long. We had 4 extra cars total. Don’t think that was fair since it was a family gathering and everyone left at 6 pm. Dining room chair was broken and wasn’t repaired ( was in a closet) light fixture in dining area was broken still worked and the faucet in the kitchen leaked. Would have like to have seen some games to play both inside and outside. For as much as we were charged to stay for this length of time there was nothing special about the property or the management team. The refrigerator also had some broken shelves. Garbage cans were full and the gate was broken. Couldn’t find the key for the fire pit and I did get a quick response from the host but it wasn’t where they said it was. Not impressed with overall stay.
