Have stayed at this location before and once again had a great time. This place is a perfect location and walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Plenty of things for the kiddos to do. Only wish both pools were heated.

Wonderful experience

We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, well appointed and had a great view of the gulf. The balcony was a pleasant place to chill and listen to the waves crash the beach. It was convenient located and we were able to walk to many of the surrounding restaurants. Hope to visit again!

This was a perfect vacation spot. You can walk to the beach, enjoy the private pool, or walk to restaurants and entertainment. We will be back. We loved it so much!

Yes the view was great shopping and restaurants was very handy and great. The room was very well stocked with all the utensils you need in the kitchen. The only thing that was in need of updating was the tubs and showers. Tubs were very slippery very dangerous for falling.

This is a beautiful condo lovely in every way. The only complaint we had was how poorly it was stocked by the management company. There was not even a full roll of toilet paper given in each bathroom and only one blow dryer to share between the two bathrooms.

Great property, great ocean view. Loved the L shaped couch on balcony. Only one elevator working. As far as pricing, it was nit ckear until i confirmed that VRBO was charging 230 as there fee. Will not use them again. Will go direct to property mgr company.

It was perfect for my husband, me and our two grandchildren (6 and 9). Easy access to everything but just far enough to not be in crowds. Comfortable beds and nice touches to make the condo feel cozy. Multiple access codes made check in confusing, but we finally figured it out. We’ll be back!

Unfortunately this is a ridiculous review. What some people did in the common pool area has nothing to do with this condo or our services as property manager. We have no control of other guests actions or what you may/may have not experienced during your stay. We have never had anyone write a review like this or have this experience at this property. Thank you for the review. We were told by the condo association the pool pump was going to be repaired prior to your arrival, or even the day of your arrival. Unfortunately condo building repairs are beyond our control and we rely on the association to provide us with accurate information, that we pass on directly to the guest. Perfect location and very clean

The condo was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and had everything you could need. The fridge is large and able to hold enough groceries for a family. It’s very updated and cutely decorated. The condo units themselves provide great security and we felt completely safe. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. There’s a convenience store right next door that came in handy for ice and other essentials. There is only one hair dryer in the unit so plan accordingly. There also is a coffeemaker, not a Keurig which may be helpful knowledge to those that are used to having pods for your coffee. The pools were also great and had lots of chairs and table. We will definitely return next year.

Give to get is good!

We really enjoyed staying here. It's a "give to get" so it was stocked with seasonings, plastic wrap, foil, basic needs and even extras. This was fun and we left some "goodies" for the next guests. Really enjoyed the extra blankets, boogie boards, chairs and towels. The outdoor furniture was also of high quality and comfortable which again, added to our visit. These are good owners and property management. The only "hiccup" we had was with the actual Emerald Isle office management who did not properly keep our license plate information we submitted in their software and we were notified we would be towed. Luckily, the property management company stepped in to help. They were responsive and remediated the situation. Great condo!
