Die Aussicht ist spektakulär von dieser Golf-Front 5. Stock Eigentumswohnung bei jedermanns Liebling, Emerald Isle. Günstig direkt gegenüber dem Büro von Paradise Beach Homes gelegen (macht das Einchecken zum Kinderspiel!), Emerald Isle ist ein 17-stöckiges Hochhaus mit zwei Pools (einer davon im Winter beheizt), einem Whirlpool und einem Fitnesscenter.

Emerald Isle # 502 wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Emerald Isle 502 ist ein hübsch dekoriertes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern für sechs Personen, mit einem King-Size-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, einer Queen-Size-Bett im Gastzimmer und einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Badezimmer sind mit Waschbecken ausgestattet.

Dies ist der beste Ort auf der ganzen Insel, von dem aus Sie die Blauen Engel während ihrer jährlichen Sommer-Strandshow beobachten können, um Ihren Platz zu reservieren! Am Ende eines sonnigen Tages am Strand gibt es Unterhaltung für jedermann mit Flachbildfernsehern in der gesamten Wohnung und kostenlosem WLAN. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung. Das Hotel liegt nur eine halbe Meile vom Kernbereich des Strandes, Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt.

Great location

Place was stocked with basic dishes, was clean and had a great view of the water. We watched the Blue Angels from the beach and the next day watched from the balcony. Both ways we had a great view.

Great place, great location. Only problem we had was when we called for the late check in information we were told they would text me the info. By time we landed i had no text and we spend 2 hrs trying to find where we needed to be to ger our access codes. Would stay again even after the inconvenience of that. The place was spectacular itself!

Everything about Emerald Isle is great. Our unit was perfect for the four of us. The only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom, it was at the end of its life. Other than that, we will be back.

Beautiful Place and View

The condo was beautiful, everything was nice and everything worked great! My only complaint was the floors! Not sure the cleaning crew vacuumed! There was so much sand I hand to sweep when we got there! Overall a beautiful place and would stay again!!

Emerald Isle Building

We have been staying at the Emerald Isle building for on and off for several years. We have stayed in many of the different units at the complex. As a whole, the complex seems to be run down. From the furniture, being old and worn to the codes at the doors never working. Due to the gate and the door codes being a pain in the butt we will be looking for an alternative stay next time. If they are, some upgrades made on the building, let us know. We might consider a return stay.

Emerald Isle

The check-in process went smoothly and fast! Our condo and view was beautiful although it was not clean. There was sand and paper scattered on the deck area and we found nasal spray under the table and there was dirty wash rags in the tub . I didn’t complain I just cleaned it myself🥺The air conditioner wasn’t working properly but I called and they send someone over to check it out, it took the maintenance guy a little short of an hour and he had it working again . We enjoyed our stay but I didn’t appreciate having to clean upon our arrival since we have to pay a cleaning fee. The property manager should be notified of this because we had other friends staying on the property as well and they had the same issue.

OK Had some issues - A/C was not cooling when we arrived. Had to call for repairman. He got it fixed. One sliding glass door had problems staying on the track and would come off completely. A serious hazard if someone is sitting out on balcony and door falls on them as it is extremely heavy.

Was planning on renting same one again but a 30% overall increase in price in one year will end a good run. Pool pump was out for 4 of the days so it was closed but things happen.
